I would like to make a reservation right away about the weight. There are comments that you shouldn't have brought yourself up to 132 kg.

No, I didn’t come to my senses when the scales showed me 132 kg. As far as I can remember, I have been losing weight. I was always looking for new diets, even practicing fasting for weeks, sitting on the same water. I turned to a nutritionist (but a sad experience - minus 10 kg, which were recruited again, and killed by the gastrointestinal tract - I still cannot eat cabbage as a consequence).

When young, the diets gave results. The activity was good and the excess weight regained rather slowly.

But like everyone who has a problem of being overweight, the older, the more problematic it is to lose weight. Sedentary work, quiet family life.

You can hardly persuade yourself to go on a diet, you tune in and it is good if you can withstand it, and often you just break down and start eating everything again.

And you don't really think about what you eat, and even more so how many calories your food contains.

I didn't even know about this method of losing weight as counting calories.

So I would suffer on diets, break down, return to normal diet and gain even more excess weight.

I thank myself that at one point I realized that I needed to radically change my life and nutrition in order not only to lose weight, but also to maintain the result. I studied a huge amount of information and came to counting calories and maintaining a balance of protein, fat and carbohydrates.

As you can see, slowly but surely I did it, achieved results, changed my diet, got used to controlling it, I improve further and back - I'm not going to those distant and heavy 132 kg. There is no turning back!

I want as many people as possible to change their attitude to food, for the sake of their health in the first place. It is hard to severely limit yourself, but you can approach the process of losing weight more rationally and choose a comfortable path, without harm to health.

I'll tell you about my menu for the day, for example.

Breakfast - homemade whole grain bread (60 g) and chicken pastroma (110 g) with green tea.

It turned out breakfast for 305 kcal.

Only 305 kcal, but I ate from the heart.

I have a relaxed day today. On the one hand, there is not a lot of work and this is good, I can rest more, communicate with you in Zen, and cook food.

On the other hand, when there is little work, therefore there will be little money.

But you can't earn all the money, and pushing yourself to the limit is also not good. It seems to me that my recent state of health, as it were a cold, is banal from fatigue. I slept well - and everything passed.

Take care of yourself, you can't change all the affairs, you can't earn all the money, but we have one health.

Today I decided to make myself snack tomatoes for a snack. But a little differently than I shared with you in the recipe (I will leave a link to it in a reminder).

Today I used 200 g of tomato, 40 g of cottage cheese, a clove of garlic and 1 boiled egg.

Percus turned out to be 230 kcal.

I really like this appetizer. And it is prepared quickly, and tasty, and even on a festive table as an appetizer is good.

During the day, I worked leisurely and drafted articles for Zen. As you understand, the articles are not written by themselves, the recipes are not made out by themselves and the video, unfortunately, also does not want to be edited by themselves. It would be nice! Maybe over time, progress will come to this?

About 30 years ago, we did not even think that we would have a phone that you can carry with you in your pocket. About 20 years ago, we never dreamed that with the help of a phone it would be possible to pay in stores, transfer money to relatives, maintain social networks and communicate in them with friends who live on the other side of the world.

Now our phone is our life. It's all there, you must agree. The same photos - this is our life and now most of them have it in their phone memory. Few people are already printing a photo as before. Money is also on the phone, thanks to applications. Any purchases can also be made through the phone. You can earn money by having a phone and the Internet on it.

Even in losing weight, the phone helps - I installed the calorie counter application and you enjoy life - you just have to enter the food and the application will calculate everything itself.

Just imagine how our life has changed over the past decades. How could we imagine this before?

Only one thing is very difficult to change - the stereotypes of thinking and the desire of people to lose weight, dooming themselves to torment and hunger.

But I still hope that in the ranks of those who are losing weight for the last time, delicious and comfortable, every day there will be more and more people.

My plans for today were to cook borscht for dinner, and a huge saucepan so that it would be enough to bake oatmeal cookies until the weekend, I wanted thin cookies for some reason, not fluffy. I did what I planned.

For lunch, a plate of borscht (470 g) with 40 g of sour cream 10% - 190 kcal.

And after lunch with tea I ate 2 fruit pastilles, while I worked slowly - 105 kcal.

For dinner, vegetable salad (200 g of tomato, 50 g of cucumber, red onion), seasoned with 2 g of olive oil and chicken roll with curd cheese and pesto sauce (110 g).

Dinner turned out to be 265 kcal.

And after dinner I drank tea and ate two oatmeal cookies - it turned out very successful, we all liked it.

Tea with cookies - 165 kcal.

In addition, during the day I ate 30 g of peanuts - 165 kcal.

As a result, the day turned out to be 1425 kcal. B - 119, F - 52, U - 117.

The amount of water you have drunk is 30 ml per 1 kilogram of weight (the recommended amount of water if you have no health problems).

Often asked about my meal schedule, I repeat. I have breakfast at 8 am or a little earlier. I have a snack at 11 o'clock and lunch at 13 o'clock. Dinner is at 17 o'clock and this is due to our regime and husband's work (he leaves early and arrives early). But often I have something to eat within the framework of my KBZHU. The only rule is to observe KBZHU and the last meal 3 hours before bedtime.

I manage to keep to such a schedule thanks to working from home.

In any case, it is possible to lose weight without adhering to the diet in time - the main point is to maintain your daily calorie intake and the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

We spend more than we consume and lose weight!
