All my adult life I have been on various diets. I have never been thin and my whole life was a struggle for harmony, which I lost. Nearly.
But it happens that something clicks in your head and you understand - now or never. Excess weight brought only health problems, there was no question of an active life, long walks - everything was very difficult.
And I decided that I would not once again look for a new fashionable diet, but I would change my lifestyle, attitude to food, and change my eating habits. After studying a lot of information, I came to counting calories and balancing BJU.
Calorie counting has changed my whole life. I was able not only to lose weight - I changed my diet, eating habits and changed my life, keeping my health.
At the same time, I eat deliciously, I am comfortable and there is no hunger. I allow myself a lot of dishes, I do not exclude all products from the diet.
The basic principle is to maintain a daily calorie deficit and a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
The only thing I really regret is that I did not come to this method of losing weight earlier.
Not much is required of us to change. Control food and cook less high-calorie, but no less tasty.

I'll tell you about my menu for today.
For breakfast I have sandwiches on whole grain bread (60 g) with boiled pork tongue (90 g). And green tea.
It turned out breakfast for 345 kcal.
Since sandwiches are one of the quickest breakfasts (and my favorite) - I want to diversify them. Whole grain bread remains unchanged. Sometimes, when I'm too lazy to bake my own whole grain bread (although it literally takes 5 minutes plus baking time), I buy it if I find it in the store. As a last resort, I eat regular rye bread.
But what can be put on bread - I want to diversify. I ruled out the sausage - it is too fat and the composition is not happy. Chicken pastroma is good for sandwiches, or with lightly salted fish, I really like sandwiches, with fish paste, with cheese. But everything gets bored someday and you want something new to taste.
And so I remembered the tongues. I bought beef not so long ago, but it is too fat for our taste. But I really like pork tongues. And for the price they are the same as chicken breast fillet (I buy for 250 rubles), but the taste is completely different.
I thought and decided that you can buy tongues instead of breast more often.
We spent Sunday at home - the mood is such that we don't want to go anywhere. I would like to be at home, warm, watching an interesting movie with hot tea under a blanket. Autumn mood.
I decided to have a bite with snack tomatoes, as I call them. 180 g of tomatoes were smeared with curd cheese (40 g) with garlic (5 g).
Snack on 165 kcal.
Yesterday I cooked some jellied meat. Today I decided to calculate it KBZHU. I just couldn't start this occupation - it frightened me. But armed with a mug of hot tea, I counted. Everything turned out to be not so difficult when everything before and after was weighed. And the result that turned out made me very happy. The calorie content of the jellied meat came out very pleasant - 79 kcal per 100 g. And this is considering that I used beef leg, pork broth and added turkey breast as the main meat ingredient.
I decided to eat so much for lunch so that right from the heartπ.
Lunch: jellied meat (300 g), boiled potatoes (200 g) and a little mustard - 375 kcal.
So there is nothing wrong with jellied meat, if you do not cook it exclusively from fatty pork, for example.And how much collagen it contains, which we just need. No matter how you look, there are some pluses in the jellyπ.
Today I also had an afternoon snack, when you spend the whole day at home, and even more so the day off - you want to chew something, but out of habit, everything is already within the framework of KBZHU.
I drank green tea with 20 g of dark chocolate. She also ate 15 g of pine nuts. A new crop of pine nuts appeared on sale and I decided to go broke and buy such a useful and rich in microelements product for the winter.
It turned out to be an afternoon snack for 210 kcal.
For dinner, cheesecakes that I baked yesterday. While I was busy with jellied meat yesterday, I decided to make the most of the time spent in the kitchen.
Dinner - 200 g cheesecakes with 30 g sour cream 10% - 370 kcal.
In just a day, I got 1465 kcal. B - 92, F - 72, U - 103.
For several days I had fat in the region of 50 g per day, which is not very good, so I am happy today with 72 g of fat.
I experienced the consequences of lowering fat on myself. And it's good that I realized in time what the mistake was and corrected it. Thanks also to the readers who suggested that it might be a matter of lowering fat.
It all started with dry skin and then my hair fell down at such a speed that it became scary. Well, I corrected the KBZhU on time and gradually everything worked out, and I restored my hair. It could have gone so far as to disrupt the hormonal system.
Therefore, it is important not only to maintain a calorie deficit, but also to balance proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
Many, I see from the messages that come to me, are guided by KBZHU, which sets the calorie counter, without any adjustments to the needs of our body.
I have repeatedly drawn attention to this, but they still step on the same rake.
