I used to starve on diets and put on weight up to 132kg. Now I eat deliciously without starving and have already lost 69kg. My slimming menu.

I managed to break out of the vicious circle that I myself created.

I am sure that many of you, like me before, walk in circles. Diet, restrictions - managed to withstand all this - lost weight and returned to normal nutrition. Slowly and surely, excess weight is gained again on the usual diet. Is this what happens to you?

That's how it was with me. Slowly and surely on diets, breakdowns from diets and joyful absorption of regular food, I gained 132 kg.

And perhaps I would have typed even more if it hadnโ€™t clicked in my head and I didnโ€™t understand that itโ€™s impossible to continue in the same spirit!

Nutrition should be approached consciously, and not rushed from diet to diet. To anything good - it will not lead and will leave a mark on health.

It is necessary to change the diet so that it can be maintained at all times.

At first, calorie counting and BJU balance help me to control nutrition. When you know how much the body needs daily calories, proteins, fats and carbohydrates, it is easier to make a menu depending on the goals (to lose weight or maintain weight).

I have a light breakfast today.

I noticed that my appetite began to appear. The colder it gets outside, the more you want to eat something. And as I said before, this is not hunger. You just want something tasty to please yourself. Especially in the late afternoon, appetite manifests itself in all its glory.

That is why I decided to try to distribute food during the day so that the most calories are free for the evening.

I want to see if I feel more comfortable with this calorie distribution.

Breakfast - dummy buns (2 pieces per 30 g) stuffed with curd cheese (30 g) and cold smoked pink salmon (40 g).

She ate buns with green tea.

It turned out breakfast for 220 kcal only.

After breakfast, go straight to work. I donโ€™t want to sit in the evening until late, so I pull myself together and work.

Apparently I'm a person who is very dependent on the weather. When it's warm and the sun is shining, I fly, I can redo a bunch of things and solve working moments for several days in advance. And when it is dreary, rainy and cool outside, itโ€™s the same for me in my heart and I donโ€™t want to do anything.

I force myself, persuade, explain that except for me no one will do my job anyway.

Moreover, I had to run to the store during the day, and I don't want to stick my nose out into the street.

Peking cabbage salads have been helping me out a lot lately when I want a lot of food and few calories and so that it also tastes good. Therefore, you need to buy fresh Peking cabbage and Korean carrots.

For a snack - a huge bowl of Korean-style Peking kaputa salad with ham and carrots, seasoned with sour cream (30 g) mixed with smoked paprika.

A huge portion of salad turned out to be 295 kcal.

This is given that my ham is not chicken, but "for breakfast" - it has a high calorie content of 260 kcal per 100g.

If you cook your own ham or buy it from poultry meat, the calorie content will be much lower.

I had a snack as soon as I returned from the store. I brought home Peking cabbage and quickly made a salad.

I ate it for a long time. Ever since my work in a state institution, I have a habit of working. Not always, but snacks - they definitely all happen during work. I take it with me to my computer and eat it slowly.

In the office, it's clear - business. The work was like this - he is not his own boss - everything is urgent, constant calls, people with questions. Either you spend half a day in meetings, then you bury yourself under a pile of papers.

At lunchtime you sit and work and eat. We also had a snack on the go with tea "with buns" so it was like a bun itself.

But even with this mode of work, nothing prevented me from bringing the same food from home that I am eating now and eating it during work. But laziness, it is easier to gorge on rolls and chocolates. And where my brains were at that time is not clear. And there was practically no information about such a comfortable method of losing weight as counting calories. And it's a pity - so much time wasted in empty attempts to lose weight on the next diet.

And I went to the store today as always. I went for cabbage and carrots in Korean, and in the end I barely dragged the package home. Well, how not to take at least 5 packs of pasta for the promotion? And how not to take fresh greens if you are not at home, and an excellent leafy salad and dill with parsley are looking at you from the shelf? And how to get past the fresh champignons, which are shouting: "Take us and baked goods with different fillings, you wanted to"?

So I could not pass by๐Ÿ˜‚.

For lunch, a plate of pickle on beef broth (450 g) with sour cream (30 g) and Darnitsa bread (30 g).

Lunch turned out to be 360 kcal.

What day the jellied meat cooked on the weekend saves me. He provides one meal for me and my family with a bang.

So today I decided to have dinner with jellied meat (280 g) with mustard and a slice of bread, fried in a pan and grated with garlic (30 g) - 285 kcal.

More and more I'm convinced I want a toaster. I'm waiting for Santa Claus for the New Year with a toaster. I have already written the letter๐Ÿ˜‚. If Santa Claus reads - don't forget about the toaster! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Remember, I said at the very beginning that I made up the diet so that there were a lot of free calories left for the evening?

And thanks to this, I happily ate curd cookies with an amazing orange flavor with tea (100 g) - 260kcal.

And I felt very comfortable that day - satisfying and my appetite did not wake up late in the evening.

And most importantly, the daytime KBZHU is observed.

The day turned out to be 1420 kcal. B - 103, F - 67, U - 95.
