Due to the fact that a little more than two years ago I changed my diet, I stopped eating very much high-calorie food and control the calorie content of the diet, I managed to lose weight and change my life for the better side.

And thanks to the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in food, my body receives most of the nutrients it needs.

I managed to go from 132 kg to 69 kg (at the moment) without the breakdowns, as is usually the case with diets. Because I am delicious, I eat my favorite foods and I am always full.

I'll tell you about my menu for today.

Breakfast - sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (60 g) with avocado (20 g) and fish paste (45 g). I ate sandwiches with green tea.

Breakfast 345 kcal.

Friday is the last working day of the week, and I don't have much work today. Therefore, I decided to work the first half of the day, and devote the second half of the day to experiments in the kitchen.

And the first thing on my mind was an egg roll, which can be eaten both for a snack and for breakfast. Everything will depend on the amount of ingredients.

I prepared a roll for a snack, it didn't take much time for it - it just warmed up a little. If you sit at the computer for a long time - by the evening your neck hurts just terribly.

Today I made an egg roll with 1 egg and a little cold smoked pink salmon. Besides, I needed curd cheese and avocado. And I got a snack for 270 kcal.

Simple, tasty and satisfying - as I like.

Remember the other day I shared with you a recipe for pacifier buns? Mine began to ask for custard for these buns. And I also want delicious buns, yes with custard! And not just buns. You can make a lot of delicious things with custard. I wondered what the calorie content of the custard would be if you didn't use sugar and butter.

I decided to have lunch and only then work magic in the kitchen.

For lunch, I finished the rest of pickle (450 g) with sour cream 10% (30 g) - 300 kcal.

As I began to cook in the kitchen after dinner, I had just finished when my husband arrived from work.

I prepared a custard cream, calculated it by KBZHU. And I got it not very high-calorie - it can be used in the preparation of various desserts.

Once the cream turned out, I decided to make a pancake cake with custard.

I wanted to cook pancake on kefir, but they ate kefir. I decided on yogurt with milk. The pancakes also turned out to be delicious. I collected a cake with cream from them, poured them with fondant and sent them to freeze on the balcony.

And then you also need to cook dinner. I just use the mushrooms, which the other day they themselves asked for in my basket in the store.

Prepared stuffed champignons.

For dinner, I have champignons stuffed with chicken breast, cream and cheese. Very tasty!

170 g of champignons came out on 220 kcal.

I also saved free calories on a small slice of custard pancake cake.

150 g pancake cake with custard - 290 kcal.

Custard is the bomb. I got 127 kcal per 100 g of cream. To dummy buns will be just super!

And the pancake cake in the evening scattered with a bang - everyone liked it.

As a result, the day went to 1420 kcal. B - 86, F - 78, U - 87.

BJU I have today is not the best, but not everything is as bad as it seems to me.

Without expecting it, I spent half a day in the kitchen experimenting. Apparently inspiration came to me and a desire to cook something new, and then share it with you.
