Egg roll with lightly salted fish - simple, quick and tasty.

Today I want to tell you about a wonderful snack or even breakfast - everything will depend on the amount of ingredients that you use.

It seems to me that such rolls will also be an excellent appetizer for the festive table.

The first thing we do is cook regular scrambled eggs.

Mix the egg with milk and add a little salt. I fried in a non-stick pan, slightly greased with oil.

It is better to pour the egg mixture into a well-heated skillet to make it easier to distribute it throughout the pan and make a thin pancake.

While the scrambled eggs are fried, prepare the filling.

For the filling, I mixed avocado and curd cheese, and also sliced ​​cold smoked pink salmon thinly (you can use lightly salted fish, I only had cold smoked pink salmon).

Put the mixture of curd cheese and avocado on the cooked egg pancake, put the fish on top.

Roll up and cut into small pieces.

It turns out we have a delicious egg roll with fish.

Delicious both cold and also with warm egg pancake.

Instead of avocado, you can put fresh cucumber cut into thin strips, you can add salad leaves - it all depends on your tastes and mood!

Ingredients I used for 1 serving:

  • 1 chicken egg
  • 10 ml of milk 2.5%,
  • curd cheese - 20 g,
  • avocado (30 g),
  • cold smoked pink salmon (35 g).
  • a pinch of salt.
