A little more than two years ago, I came to the conclusion that it is necessary to radically change my attitude to food and especially to the process of losing weight.

Stop dieting and starving, and then gorge on all the lost pounds for joy, I thought. It was time to do something, otherwise health would have been worse and worse.

And all those hungry diets that I tested my body, as well as visits to nutritionists - brought me only problems and additional "sores".

Two years ago there was not much information about calorie counting weight loss, but there was. To replace "lose weight by 20 kg per week" and other similar diets - gradually came healthy weight loss - slow, without harm to the body and taking into account the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates that our the body.

In the fight against excess weight, we must not forget that our health is not superfluous, it is one and no one except ourselves is responsible for it. Before testing the body with a new diet, depriving it of many useful and necessary foods, think about how all this will affect your health.

Even if you are young and it seems to you that it is not time to think about health yet, you are mistaken. Our every day, every deed, every choice in the end, after years, will affect us in some way. The choice of a method of losing weight will also affect health.

Having chosen the calorie counting and the balance of the BJU, I did not regret how much. I have solved not only the problem of excess weight, but also got rid of many "sores" associated with excess weight.

In addition, now I know for sure that my body receives most of the nutrients it needs, for which I only thank you.

I made my choice on the basis of the information that I studied in due time. And my choice is comfortable, tasty and not hungry to lose weight and maintain weight. Your choice is yours!

Today I have a gorgeous breakfast, which I have already forgotten about, although not so long ago I made it very often. Lazy khachapuri!

80 g of cottage cheese 5%, an egg, 20 g of whole grain rice flour, a pinch of salt - beaten with a blender, 55 g of suluguni is rubbed on a coarse grater - cooked in a pan in just 5 minutes.

For a snack I decided to eat an orange today, it attracted with its bright appearance, and I also wanted a light snack to leave more free calories for the second half of the day - in addition to what I had already cooked for several days, a herring was planned under a fur coat and I really wanted to fit it into KBZHU.

Orange for snack (280 g) - 100 kcal.

After a snack, so bright and juicy, it worked so well that I forgot about cooked vegetables for herring under a fur coat. It was already time for dinner, but the herring had not been collected. But there is someone to help me - they quickly collected the herring under a fur coat in two versions - a small portion for me with sour cream and everyone with mayonnaise. My people refuse to eat herring under a fur coat on sour cream, but in vain - it's also delicious.

I got my lunch later than usual.

For lunch, a plate of cheese soup (350 g) and 120 g of herring under a fur coat seasoned with 10% sour cream with mustard and bread (35 g).

Lunch went out on 420 kcal.

After lunch, right at the computer.

I wanted to bake something for the evening so that I could try it myself and liked it at home.

And in order to start baking, it was necessary to finish the work as soon as possible, and sketch out the menu for the day for the blog so that he would not write it late at night.

And I still cooked a delicious tea for tea. So I'm happy with myself today.

You know for sure the Belgian and Viennese waffles? I have long wanted to cook something like this at home, but I don't have a waffle iron. There is a grill, but no waffle grill attachments either.

And yet I decided to try baking waffles on an electric grill on the surface that I have - a regular ribbed one. In shape and appearance, the resulting waffles leave what is desirable, but the taste is what you need! I'm happy with myself today.

Just in time for my husband's arrival, I finished with the waffles and you can have dinner.

I had dinner prepared in advance and for several days. This is a chicken breast under a cap made of curd cheese, Korean carrots, tomatoes and suluguni (200 g), as well as 100 g of stewed zucchini.

Went out dinner for 335 kcal.

During the day for tea I grabbed a leaf of dried mango (I admit that I did not weigh it, but according to the experience that I have in weighing such mango leaves - it was no more than 20 g). Dried mango with tea is 65 kcal.

And with tea I ate one waffle. I couldn't weigh it... it seems to me my scales have decided to break, I'm tired. But I hope that I did not climb much higher than my calorie intake.

I roughly estimated the calorie content of the waffle - 115 kcal.

The result of the day is 1455 kcal. B - 112, F - 56, U - 121.

And, as always, to help the calorie deficit, the drinking rate of water and physical education to maintain tone.
