Let's not forget that we have a checkweighing. My scales showed me 68.9. Weight does not fly down, but I don't need it anymore. The plan is to swing the metabolism to normal, maintain and, if possible, get rid of the remaining fat in the most difficult places for us women.

I'll tell you about my day and the menu.

I overslept today. My husband, as always, got up at 5 in the morning and left for work, and I still decided to sleep a little - I went to bed late yesterday.

But your beloved Buska decided from the very early morning that she had an entertainment morning. Now she needs to be in the closet, then in the bathroom, turn everything upside down. And so it turned out that due to the constant noise and pacification of the cat, I dozed with varying success right up to 8 in the morning! And when the weather is sleepy, it’s dark outside - I’m generally lost and if I don’t get up on time, I can sleep and sleep.

When I realized that I had to work for a long time, I jumped up and ate breakfast first that caught my eye.

Breakfast - leftover herring under a fur coat, seasoned with sour cream (150 g) with 45 g of bread.

It turned out breakfast for 230 kcal.

And she had breakfast and finished herring. And I don't care that someone decided that you shouldn't eat herring under a fur coat for breakfast. Imagine, and there are such.

Today I need to resolve all my work issues in the morning. And in the evening, after waiting for her husband, we will go to the store, we will stop by the fish farm for fish. I want to cook carp on weekends, but not fry it (it turns out very fatty).

I took a break and made myself a chocolate cake in the microwave in minutes. Banana (70 g), egg, cocoa (5 g) and baking powder were all that was required for the cake itself.

I smeared it with yogurt (50 g) and poured it with a low-calorie raspberry sauce.

And she also took an apple, which she ate at work.

It turned out to be a snack for 260 kcal.

Today I plan to leave more free calories for the evening. Friday - I want to forget about all the work problems and just relax and pamper yourself with something delicious. During the day I still did not know what, then that I had not made a menu for myself in advance.

Usually I cook for several days and it is easy to sketch out an approximate menu for a couple of days in the calorie counter and, if necessary, adjust it to suit my "wishes"

For lunch, I have mashed pumpkin soup for several days.

I ate a plate (450 g) of soup on 185 kcal. I definitely add a pinch of smoked paprika to this pumpkin soup - it's just delicious!

And so that an hour after such a light soup I didn't want to eat, I ate 100 g of casserole with tea, left over from yesterday evening with 10 g of chocolate sauce. It turned out more 180 kcal.

And for the evening I have more 500 kcal. But during the day I didn't even know what I would eat at the end of the working week. I decided not to think about it, the main thing was to finish with the work.

In the evening, we went shopping for a long time, and even got stuck in traffic jams. I realized that I had no food for the evening. If the family has something to feed, then you need to cook something for yourself.

In general, I wanted a cheat meal and did not want to cook when I returned home.

It was decided to stop by for pizza! While we were waiting in the cafe for my pizza, I was having fun:

This is how my Friday cheat meal was drawn. And on weekends it is already strictly at its 1400-1450 kcal.

As a result, my day went to 855 kcal plus a cheat meal with pizza. Ate 3 large pieces! I don't know if I fit into my remaining free calories, but that doesn't matter today.

The norm of water (30 ml per 1 kg of body weight) is drunk. With physical education today, everything is bad. I was lazy.
