To make waffles, I needed the following products:

  • milk 2.5% - 140 g
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • whole grain rice flour - 170 g,
  • butter 50 g,
  • vanillin 1 g (sachet),
  • a pinch of salt,
  • 7 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet equals 1 g equals 5 g sugar),
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.

The dough is the simplest.

We send butter to the microwave to melt.

Meanwhile, mix eggs with milk, add a pinch of salt, sweetener and a bag of vanillin.

We send the melted butter to the milk mixture, mix.

Add baking powder to flour and stir.

Combine the milk mixture with flour and knead so that there are no lumps.

Further, those who have a waffle iron - use a waffle iron or panels for waffles on an electric grill.

I baked on ordinary ribbed electric grill panels for 3 minutes each time at the highest power. The grill cover was closed.

The electric grill is preheated before baking.

I think that you can even bake in a dry pan in the form of pancakes.

As for KBZHU, the scales let me down on that day and broke at the most interesting place, when it was necessary to find out the final weight of the dish.

Weigh then I weighed the waffles, but I'm afraid there is an error.

Therefore KBZHU approximate: K - 384, B - 9.5, F - 18.7, U - 43.4.
