Today I will share a recipe, which, if not 100%, still, pork ribs are not a dietary product, but the maximum cooking
Today we are going to cook pork ribs. Of course, this is not a dietary product. vegetables and meat are stewed in a multicooker, then I think they will not be able to cause harm to our health.
Everything is being prepared very quickly.
Ingredients:
- Pork ribs - 1 kg.
- Eggplant - 2 pcs.
- Sweet pepper -1-2 pcs.
- Bow (optional)
- Tomatoes 2-3 pcs.
- Salt, pepper, dried paprika
- Garlic, dill
Cut the ribs into pieces and marinate for a few minutes in spices (salt, pepper, paprika).
Then fry them for 1-2 minutes in a well-heated frying pan.
Cut the eggplant and pepper into small pieces.
We also chop the tomatoes. I try to choose juicy tomatoes, they give juice, and help the dish acquire the desired consistency.
I put the ribs in a slow cooker, put vegetables on top, squeeze out a couple of cloves of garlic and mix everything.
I put the multicooker in the stewing mode. On my multicooker, the time is automatically selected for 1 hour (you can safely manually reduce the time to 40 minutes). After an hour of stewing, the vegetables have taken on a somewhat mushy shape, so if you like the vegetables to retain their shape, you need less time to stew.
At the end of cooking, squeeze a couple more garlic cloves into a saucepan and sprinkle with herbs.
Vegetables give so much juice that this dish can be eaten with a spoon.
