Having abandoned all diets and came to counting calories, I formed a number of rules for myself:

  • we cook less high-calorie than before, but no less tasty,
  • we observe a small calorie deficit and a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates for our health and body quality,
  • we drink our water norm, if there are no restrictions on indications,
  • helping ourselves to burn calories by an active lifestyle.

By counting calories and reducing the calorie content of food prepared, gradually new eating habits are formed, which become a way of life.

We change not only externally, but also internally. Our attitude to food is changing, which makes it possible not only to lose weight, but also to maintain the achieved result.

I will give an example of my menu.

My Sunday breakfast consisted of two eggs fried eggs, 15 grams of homemade whole grain bread and 90 grams of ham for breakfast. Green tea was also not without.

It turned out to be a very hearty breakfast for 470 kcal.

Yesterday, after a walk, we stopped at a store for bread and Anya saw gorgeous kiwi and mango! We also bought bread, we did not forgetπŸ˜‚.

We went for bread called. Is that why I'm always like this? I had to send my husband to the store and wait in the car herself. But no, what if I see something - after all, I walked with such a thought!

But if we had remained to wait, we would not have feasted on fruit today. So here you don't know which is better.

But today we have a great snack.

150 g mango, 190 g kiwi and only 190 kcal.

It became cold, I absolutely do not want to leave the house.

But today I had a little free time and I decided that I would spend it on preparing new recipes, editing video recipes - all this takes a lot of time. And I'd rather spend part of the day off than sit late on weekdays.

On Friday I cooked champignons stuffed with chicken breast, mushrooms, cheese and I had a lot of filling left. And this is great, because you can boil the pasta, and the remaining filling will be used as a sauce, just add a little 10% cream.

For lunch, I have 200 g of boiled pasta with filling (total weight), sprinkled with 15 g of cheese.

Lunch went out on 360 kcal.

I'm not afraid to eat pasta (like the same potatoes, which, as they say, are not PPπŸ˜‚ at all). I'm not afraid to sprinkle them with cheese and add cream, but not the fattest, but 10%. We choose pasta from hard varieties, cook without adding a huge amount of high-calorie components, follow the daily KBZhU and everything will be fine.

Even with pasta, you can lose weightπŸ˜‰, observing a number of rules.

And custard buns are fine too.

And let it be also not a PP for someone. As communication with people shows, everyone has their own concept of proper nutrition. And there are even those who believe that by switching to proper nutrition, they should already get slimmer. No, you will not lose weight by switching to proper nutrition if you continue to overeat. And you can overeat with the most correct food in the world.

After lunch with tea, I ate a dummy bun with custard and it turned out to be only 75 kcal. Magic? No. It's just that the approach to cooking is a little different than before.

For dinner, I decided to cook a veal steak on the electric grill. There was a large and rather thin piece of veal and decided that it would be just right for grilling - so I cooked it whole, and then cut it into portions. Pre-marinated the meat in salt, a mixture of peppers and hops-suneli.

I boiled potatoes to the meat and cut a vegetable salad.

My dinner is 100 g of boiled potatoes, 150 g of vegetable salad, seasoned with 30 g of sour cream 10% and 120 g of veal steak.

Just went out for dinner 350 kcal.

At the same time, I would like to note that my family had almost the same menu. This means that you don't have to cook for yourself separately - you can always find dishes that are suitable for everyone. I repeat once again - there would be a desire.

My day is higher by 1445 kcal. B - 90, F - 59, U - 126.

The norm of water is drunk. With physical education today everything is bad - I just had a rest and worked a little for the benefit of the blog Π±Π».
