I stopped dieting and lost weight from 132 kg to 69 kg. Power control only. I eat deliciously and do not starve, I show my menu.

All of my past failures in weight loss were mainly due to the fact that I either tackled myself hard and limited her diet almost to hunger, or she ate fresh and tasteless food, which after a couple of days I could not look could. As a result, hunger and bad food led to breakdowns and gagging.

And if I managed to lose weight by sustaining a diet on willpower, then I myself crossed out all the works, returning to the old diet.

Now I have a few basic rules so as not to gain weight again:

  • control food and monitor KBZhU,
  • eat delicious food cooked with salt, spices and do not starve.

It was thanks to calorie counting that I managed to lose weight, form eating habits, learn to control nutrition and change my lifestyle.

Only those who do nothing and do not succeed!

If you want to build comfortably, tasty and not starving, try it and everything will definitely work out!

And I'll show my menu as an example.

I told you that I cooked liver pate yesterday (according to the subscriber's recipe).

And today I tried the pate, which had already been infused in the refrigerator overnight, became a little denser. What a delicious treat! And I must say that I still don't really like liver pate, especially homemade ones with a pronounced liver taste. But all my homemade pate liked this pate, I even regretted that I had prepared half of the portion for testing.

So, breakfast - sandwiches on Darnitsky bread (60 g) with chicken liver pate (80 g) and green tea.

Learned breakfast for 280 kcal.

Surprisingly satisfying sandwiches turned out. And I again throw free calories for the evening, so that on a cold autumn Friday to please myself with delicious food under the TV series.

As always, immediately after breakfast to work. I don't want to sit late like yesterday. And all because of you! Moreover, today I have an appointment for a haircut in the afternoon and I will lose an hour and a half of time. We are working, comrades!

Before leaving the house I had a bite of kiwi (200 g) - 100 kcal.

It seems to me that the elongated hair made my face look thinner in the photo, and with the new haircut in the photo, the face looks like cheeks.

But in any case, my cascade, which has been preserved since the days of short haircuts, must be removed. I want long hair, but on them such a sharp transition does not look very beautiful. Here we gradually remove the cascade, level out the length and change the bangs. Now I have long bangs on the sides.

While I'm in a transitional period, I hope to get the haircut I want by the spring-summer.

She returned home hungry, it was just time for dinner. For lunch, chicken broth (300 g) with TSP vermicelli (50 g) and a piece of pie with egg and green onions (150 g).

The dinner turned out to be rich - for 440 kcal.

After lunch, finish the work scheduled for Friday as soon as possible. And that's it! I'm leaving for the weekend!

On Saturday I will definitely not work, we want to go to Moscow on business and maybe take a walk, but then I will not guess how it will turn out.

I dreamed about the weekend, and dinner is not yet ready. I made some cod for dinner. All in butter, breaded - as the family loves. I fried myself, smearing a drop of oil on a frying pan and without breading.

Dinner - 250 g of fried cod (raw weight), a slice of Darnitsa bread (30 g) and vegetable salad (tomatoes, cucumber - total weight 120 g) dressed with 10% sour cream (25 g).

And for the evening I planned for myself a cheat meal, which will be within the framework of KBZHU. Why, then, is cheat cute? Because I will eat harm!

I bought my smoked chicken sausage for testing. And I wanted sausages, I can't help myself. I haven't eaten for a long time, apparently. I decided to gorge on sausages so that I would not want to for a long time. And the sausage was very much even nothing, I tell you, and the KBZHU is decent. Well, and the fact that harmful additives in sausage - well, what can I do, not every day I have it.

120 g sausage and coffee with milk (70 g) - 305 kcal.

The result of the day is 1420 kcal. B - 114, F - 67, U - 99. The sausage fits perfectly into the KBZhU of the day.

Do not forget that in addition to a calorie deficit, to help those who are slimming, the norm of water (30 ml per 1 kg of weight) and exercise will be drunk.
