Why starve when there is a more comfortable way to lose weight. I show the menu, on which I lost 63 kg - delicious and not starving.

I am sure that many want to lose weight, but cannot cope with hunger, with restrictions, do not want to eat tasteless and bland food.

I have been fighting overweight all my adult life. But the extra weight constantly took over. Either ups or downs with even more weight gain.

And the only way that has helped me lose weight and help me maintain weight is by counting calories.

Through calorie counting, I've learned to:

  • control your diet,
  • cook less high-calorie,
  • maintain a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

When we begin to control our nutrition, knowing how much and what you can eat in a day, we are not afraid of excess weight. Nutritional control is central to weight maintenance. If, after any diet, you return to your usual diet, you will negate all your efforts to lose weight and regain excess weight.

Therefore, you must make a choice:

  • or we change the lifestyle, control nutrition and get harmony and health,
  • or we do nothing and are overweight.

Here is my slimness menu as an example.

Regular products and no restrictions (coma of those that you yourself decide to establish for health reasons or taste). We just cook less high-calorie, follow KBZhU and enjoy life.

My breakfast today is a lazy khachapuri. But today there was no time to cook it according to all the rules, with a filling in the middle, which stretches appetizingly when broken. I just mixed the dough with suluguni cheese and baked in a pan like a tortilla.

Can you imagine khachapuri and only 355 kcal? How, how can this be? It's very simple - a lot of cottage cheese in the dough and only 20 g of flour. I'll leave the recipe in a reminder.

It is not necessary to cook, add a pound of flour and a kilogram of cheese (exaggerating).

This curd-cheese khachapuri is also very tasty, contains a lot of protein (which is important) and cooks very quickly.

After breakfast, immediately go to work, as usual.

But closer to lunchtime, all work was abandoned. I could not tear myself away from communicating with you! I will never tire of repeating that you are the best readers in the world!

Did you notice that I stopped writing the word subscribers? I don't like it and that's it. I don't want to use it.

I am in favor of any kipish, except for hunger strike, so the snack is on schedule!

For a snack I have 130 g of mango and 130 g of natural yogurt - 195 kcal.

More than a week ago I bought 2 pieces of mango, one was eaten almost immediately, and the turn only reached the second one today.

It was, of course, good with you, fun. But dinner had to be cooked. I also planned to cook liver pate according to the recipe that one reader suggested to me. I want to try, an interesting option without oil.

I feel that I will work until late today. Because I chatted half a day with you ะดะฝั.

Lunch - chicken broth (350 g) and 90 g of boiled vermicelli - 200 kcal.

Let me remind you once again why I have the vermicelli separately. My mother was taught by a friend (a Jewess, and they will advise her bad) to cook chicken soup just like that. Chicken broth is cooked, and vermicelli is cooked separately. And when serving in portions, vermicelli is placed on a plate for everyone and poured with hot broth. The vermicelli is stored in the refrigerator or a new one is cooked each time. We get a broth that can be eaten for several days and without the vermicelli swollen in it.

After lunch, green tea with 20 g of chocolate - 105 kcal andto work, well, it's time already, it's time.

For dinner, boiled buckwheat (130 g) and 125 g of goulash with beef - 245 kcal.

And I saved myself a decent amount of free calories for the evening.

Apparently today is not my day in terms of work, because I really didn't want to do serious things. The sun was shining, some kind of playful mood. And then in the late afternoon I accidentally saw an open pie with eggs and green onions on my Instagram feed.

I immediately remembered pies with an egg and onions - I love such pies. I dropped everything and went to make a pie!

Fortunately, there is almost always cottage cheese in the refrigerator and you can cook my favorite universal cottage cheese dough and repeat the open pie from Instagram.

And so all my free calories were wasted on a wonderful egg and onion pie. I ate a piece with tea (155 g) - 330 kcal.

I will definitely go to bed late today, so the second dinner (let's call it that) is more than 3 hours before bedtime.

The result of the day is 1430 kcal. B - 101, F - 54, U - 126.

As always, to help slimming people - adherence to the drinking regime and physical education.
