Tired of hungry diets and breakdowns, as well as short-term results, I came to counting calories and I was able to lose weight and I manage to keep the weight and not gain weight again, as it was before.
With the help of calorie counting, I learned to control food, changed eating habits, which is very important for maintaining weight. After all, if you return to your usual diet, then the excess weight will definitely return.
We want to be slim and beautiful - we control nutrition. And you don't have to go hungry and eat bad food. It's time to learn how to cook less high-calorie and more useful for yourself in the first place.
I'll tell you about my menu for the day as an example.
Breakfast was not entirely successful for me today. I put the eggs to boil and forgot what time. As a result, I took out the eggs early and got them in the bag, which I don't really like. I love hard boiled eggs. But it's too late to change something.
Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs and a sandwich on darnytsky bread (30 g) with 50 g of liver pate. I drank green tea. I drink tea without sugar.
Breakfast turned out to be 360 kcal.
After breakfast, go straight to work. A lot of things have to be done before lunch, and at 13 o'clock I have to sit in the minibus towards Moscow.
I decided that I still remember how I cooked carrot cookies yesterday (yes, I still managed to cook cookies yesterday in the morning) - to edit the video, otherwise I might forget the recipe in the cycle of things.
I edited a video recipe and had a snack with carrot cookies, which I washed down with green tea with jasmine.
40 g cookies - 145 kcal. The cookies turned out to be spicy, with an orange aroma, with spices. You know the taste of the New Year. For some reason, I have just such associations arose with cookies.
For lunch, I finished pea soup (400 g) - 220 kcal.
Tomorrow morning I will need to cook another pot of soup for a few days and cook something for dinner, so that you can also eat for a couple of days at least. But I'll think about that later.
In the meantime, it's time for me to go to the procedures.
I spend an hour very comfortably - almost a foot massage. By the way, I learned that this procedure, in addition to the therapeutic effect that I need now (elimination of edema and strengthening of the walls blood vessels), improves skin tone and elasticity, fights cellulite, improves metabolic processes and even legendary, which helps lose weightπ. But it is not exactly.
But the bandage after the procedure for the whole day is an unpleasant moment.
I returned home for dinner. There were also cutlets for 1 time, enough for everyone.
I made myself a salad (150 g of vegetables) seasoned with a sauce based on olive oil, pesto and soy sauce) and warmed 250 g of cutlets.
Dinner went out on 520 kcal. I got excited with two cutlets, with hungry eyes I would eat everything I see, and when I started eating, I realized that I could do with one. But then the cutlets went so well with the salad that I did not notice how I ate both.
The calorie content of the dinner is high, since the cutlets are made from poultry and pork. There would be only chicken breast cutlets - the calorie content would be less.
And I have free calories for the evening. I didnβt know what to spend them on and decided that when the time came I would have tea with anything I wanted, but within the KBZhU.
I need to get my calorie intake, itβs even time to raise it. It seems to me that you can raise it to 1450-1500 already.
Three hours before bed, I decided to drink green tea with chicken sausage. Let me have a small cheat meal, but within the framework of KBZHU. Now I want something nasty that I don't eat often.
80 g chicken sausage - 180 kcal.
The result of the day is 1415 kcal. B - 117, F - 74, U - 80. Today I went over a little with fats, and lacked carbohydrates.
I drink 2 liters of water without fail - now these are not even general recommendations on the drinking regime, but a direct appointment.
I wanted to prepare food for tomorrow in the evening, but I got lazy and decided that I would get up early tomorrow and cook the food, and in the evening I would rather work longer.
I planned to boil chicken broth on the drumsticks, add TSP vermicelli to the broth, and for dinner there will be chicken breast under the most delicious hat. Remember the recipe? I'll leave it in a reminder.
