And according to tradition, I wish everyone a comfortable and tasty weight loss! It is unlikely that someone wants to starve and eat tasteless food, and everyone who is overweight wants to lose weight (even if they donβt admit it to themselves, deep down they still want to lose weight).
Calorie counting helped me lose weight comfortably, without disruption, eating deliciously, without any superfoods and excluding a lot of foods.
This is the only way that has helped to lose all excess weight and helps not to bring it back.
Until you start doing something for yourself, you will not get a result. You cannot achieve anything if you sit back and wait for a miracle. As the saying goes: do not expect a miracle - make yourself a miracle!
I will give an example of my slimming menu and tell you about my day.
Since Tuesday, I am leaving for my procedures at lunchtime and coming home for dinner. Therefore, I get up early, have a tasty breakfast and rather get to work so as not to sit late at night at the computer. It is easier for me to work early in the morning than in the evening, when everyone is at home and constantly distracted. I will have such a schedule for another 9 days.
Today I decided to please myself with a delicious breakfast - my favorite oatmeal with cold smoked pink salmon, cottage cheese and lettuce.
My breakfast went out to 390 kcal.
Let me remind you the recipe for oatmeal.
Every time I cook oatmeal from the products that are in the refrigerator: oatmeal flakes (monastic hercules of long cooking - 25 g), an egg, a pinch of salt and baking powder remain unchanged.
Today I have added 30 g milk of 2.5% fat. When there is no milk, kefir, sour cream, soft cottage cheese, and fermented baked milk are used - everything that is at hand. I ground the oatmeal with a blender, added all the other products, mixed and baked the pancake in a pan. Greased 20 g of curd cheese, put 70 g of cold smoked pink salmon and a leaf of Beijing kaputa. A delicious and hearty breakfast is ready!
And rather to work.
During work I had a snack with fruit. 170 g of persimmon and 150 g of feijoa came out on 185 kcal.
I had lunch today half an hour earlier than usual in order to leave the house on time.
For lunch I ate a plate of pea soup with smoked paprika (450 g of soup) - 250 kcal.
I ate and ran to the minibus to the metro. My road is long - it takes two hours. An hour for procedures and then my husband takes me home.
I ran to the minibus it said loudly, of course. I can only barely walk so far. From one procedure to another, I have to walk in a bandage without taking it off, but he is so fat that it is problematic to move around and pick up clothes is also a problem now. And it's good that I still have old sneakers that I wore when I was still weighing 100+ kg. Shoes were wider in those days. And only these old sneakers I can pull on myself now.
This is how I will look around the clock. Shoes are in trouble now.
Is it noticeable from the photo that the left leg is thicker than the right? Even in the photo it is noticeable to me.
We returned home for dinner. Yesterday I fried cutlets (I think that three days will be enough for us), buckwheat cooked. He warmed up and ate.
My dinner is 150 g of boiled buckwheat, 120 g of cutlets, 100 g of vegetables. It turned out on 400 kcal.
In the recipe catalog you will find many cutlet recipes. Some of you asked yesterday about the recipe for cutlets that I now have on the menu. I didn't plan to publish a separate recipe, I just cooked a lot of cutlets so as not to waste time cooking, so I'll just tell you briefly how I cooked it.
For cutlets, I used 910 g of chicken breast fillet, 580 g of pork ham (I cut off all the fat from it!), 1 potato (100 g), onion (180 g), 1 egg.
I passed the meat, onions and potatoes through a meat grinder. I added an egg, salt, black pepper, 2 tsp dry garlic, 1/2 tsp juniper seasoning and 1/2 tsp universal vegetable seasoning to the minced meat. All mixed well and fried on both sides in a frying pan greased with coconut oil. It took 10 g in total.
The total weight of the cutlets was 1464 g. K - 185, B - 22.18, F - 9.63, U - 3.
I'll tell you about coconut oil later. I decided to try coconut oil not only for food purposes but also for cosmetic purposes. Even primarily for cosmetic purposes. But I really liked how coconut oil behaves when frying food in it. There is no smell, no smoke. At the same time, coconut oil is very healthy.
In the evening with coffee (with milk 50 g) and 3 hours before bedtime I ate 60 g of suluguni - 200 kcal.
I wanted to eat something sweet for tea, but I had to get proteins and fats. Therefore, I decided to drink coffee with cheese, and I love suluguni even more than ordinary cheese.
The result of the day: K - 1420, B - 95, F - 58, U - 130. Be sure to follow the drinking regime, especially now, when I am undergoing procedures.
I walk on an ellipse, because you can't sit in a bandage.
These are my business. So far, I am only at the beginning of the path to healthy legs and I hope that everything will be fine.
