For breakfast I made a cheese cake for everyone. Today I combined everything that was in the refrigerator in it: a jar of soft cottage cheese, the remains of ordinary cottage cheese, cheese: mozzarella and regular, egg and rice flour. Added marjoram, oregano, dried garlic.

I thought that I would take a break from everything today, but could not stand it, I wanted to tell you about yesterday and show you new photos. So I sat down after breakfast to write an article for the blog.

While writing the article I drank green tea and ate a sandwich - bread (30 g) and peanut butter (20 g) - 205 kcal. But I was lazy to go take a picture.

I wrote an article, published it and we went for a walk. I was ordered to walk a lot, at least 5 kilometers a day.

Walking ate an apple (150 g) - 70 kcal.

Mine ate dumplings with pleasure, they are ready to eat them all the time.

I would like to work a little after lunch, but no. I do not want anything and do not pass this state in me.

They offered to watch a movie. We looked. Nothing has changed in my mood. And the inconvenience and small discomfort in the leg also make themselves felt.

But you need to make me go to cook dinner. I had mashed pumpkin soup, but my family refused to eat it today. I had to cook navy pasta.

My dinner - a bowl of pumpkin puree soup (450 g) and bread (30 g) - 220 kcal.

After dinner, I remembered that last night, on the way home, they took the order (I ordered chum salmon steaks to grill) and there I bought lightly salted herring. And here I woke up with the desire to make a paste according to the reader's recipe, from herring.

Of course, I tried a small slice of the pate sandwich to appreciate my efforts - delicious!
