I know from myself - you are on a diet, hungry, angry, irritable, you break down at everyone. As a result, you break off the diet and gorge yourself - everything that catches your eye is used. And once you are full, you think that everything is gone, the whole diet is down the drain and let's eat everything again.
Until we understand that there should be nutritional control, and constant - we will continue to go on diets, get a fleeting result, return to normal nutrition and gorge on excess weight again.
Thanks to the calorie counting and balance of the BJU, I managed not only to lose weight comfortably and without starving, but also change eating habits, learn to control your diet, which is important for further maintenance weight.

More than a two-year calorie deficit bears fruit, the more there were periods of errors and low calorie intake, which led to a slowdown in metabolism. These are two.
At the moment, I am raising the calorie intake from 1300 kcal (and I had a period of 1100-1200 kcal, and in no case should this be done!). Now my diet is about 1450 kcal. My task is to swing my metabolism to the norm corresponding to my parameters at the moment. I do it slowly so that the body has time to get used to it and does not start to store up in a hurry everything that suddenly began to flow over 1300 kcal, which had been habitual to it for a long time.
And my menu for today is the following.
For breakfast I was too lazy to cook something for myself and just made sandwiches.
Sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (70 g) with curd cheese (30 g), carp caviar (15 g) and fish paste (45 g).
Breakfast for 440 kcal.
I had a hearty breakfast and to work. Today I was constantly distracted by your comments. I didn’t want to concentrate, but the main thing that was planned to be done in the morning was done.
It was time for a snack, but I was still full and did not bite, but got dressed and went to the grocery store. At the same time I will take a walk. Regular readers know that walking walks are now prescribed for me.
Thanks to Lyudmila, who yesterday suggested a promotion for my favorite dark chocolate with grapefruit, my homemade one. I bought chocolate, vegetables, herbs, Adyghe cheese. I decided to cook a salad with fried Adyghe cheese.
After the walk, I already wanted to have a snack. I shifted my diet a little, literally by 40 minutes.
As a snack, I have an apple (130 g) and cheese (40 g) - 165 kcal.
Do you eat apples with or without seeds? Do you know that they contain a lot of nutrients and a high iodine content?
While I was having a snack, I was slowly sketching an article for the blog. There is a time - why not do something useful?
For lunch I have 450 g of borscht with 30 g of natural yogurt - 155 kcal.
And right after lunch I drank coffee with milk (70 g) and syrup (20) with 20 g of dark chocolate - 200 kcal.
After lunch I sat down to work, but did not go. It happens. When the head is empty and thoughts do not collect. I thought I would add a little article for the blog. It didn't work either. I also jerked my leg somehow unsuccessfully, pulled it and she ached slightly - it became uncomfortable to sit at the computer.
In such cases, it helps me that I can distribute my time as it is more convenient for me. Therefore, I decided to go to cook dinner, and postpone work for the evening - maybe thoughts will gather in a bunch.
For dinner, I stewed Peking cabbage with chicken breast and mushrooms - an easy dish, but at the same time filling.
I also made a salad with beets, fried Adyghe cheese and nuts.
I cooked the salad and ate it - I got an afternoon snack. After a light borscht, I felt hungry for lunch, but while I was cooking, my appetite grew.
The salad turned out to be 300 kcal.
When I was preparing the salad, I tasted a piece of fried Adyghe cheese. And I had a question - why didn't I fry the Adyghe cheese before? It's so delicious! It acquires completely different notes, more cheese and creamy. If the Adyghe cheese itself is rather bland, then fried it is very tasty - I liked it.
Previously, I was embarrassed by the fact that cheese should be fried in a sufficiently large amount of butter. But I now have an oil spray. A few zips were enough for me, and this is less than 1 g of oil. I used cheese in the salad, so I just fried it without adding spices.
But I'm already thinking, for the New Year as a snack, you can fry the Adyghe cheese with the addition of garlic and spices. And if you use the grill, can you fry it without oil? I will try.
I had dinner with everyone. For dinner, a hodgepodge with chicken breast, mushrooms and Chinese cabbage. I really like this hodgepodge - its calorie content is very small, you can eat a lot. The stomach is full, satiated, but not many calories. It always helps out when you want to eat, and there are few free calories.
250 g hodgepodge - 155 kcal.
The result of the day is 1415 kcal. B - 83, F - 70, U - 108.
I have drunk the norm of water, as a physical activity a short walk (I cannot do more yet).
