You just need to control your diet. Now it has become so easy to count calories that only the laziest will say that it is difficult and not for him. A lot of applications on the phone, which most of them will calculate for you - just write down the food that you ate during the day.

Of course, it's easier to sit upright and do nothing. Wait until you need to put the second chair next to it. And you can spend 15 minutes a day and be slim and beautiful - all this will give us control of nutrition using the calculation of KBZhU.

See my slimming menu as an example of nutrition. Ordinary foods, familiar dishes. Only one "but" - cooked less high-calorie than we are all used to preparing such dishes.

I decided to boo at breakfast today. Instead of green tea, I brewed aromatic cocoa for myself. So tasty, so warming, so New Year's. From the very morning, thanks to aromatic cocoa, a great mood. But the calorie content of the breakfast came out more than usual.

255 g of a pie-casserole with cherries and cocoa turned out on my 510 kcal.

I'll write a cocoa recipe, not everyone watches stories in the Zen app on their phone. And sometimes I post small videos there.

So cocoa:

  • 200 ml of milk 2.5%,
  • 2 tsp cocoa
  • 15-20 g of chocolate
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon
  • sugar or sweetener to taste.

Heat milk, stir cocoa in it, add chocolate and cinnamon, stir to melt the chocolate and bring to a boil. Enjoy! It is quite possible to fit into the KBZhU of the day, to cheer up in a cold winter.

After breakfast, I went to the computer. I didn't have time to finish the article for you last night - I had to get up early today and finish it.

And then the full program for work. During work and had a snack at 11 o'clock.

I want meat lately, animal protein. So for a snack, I again brewed tea and cut 90 g of pork tongue - 190 kcal.

After a snack, I walked a little (I have to walk as much as possible) and returned in time for lunch.

Lunch is cooked for a few days and didn't get bored, because it's delicious!

A plate of borscht (430 g) with sour cream (30 g) and homemade whole grain bread (35 g) with herring pate (25 g) went for lunch 305 kcal.

After lunch I marinated chum steaks for dinner. I decided to quickly fry the fish on the electric grill and cut the salad for dinner. 10 minutes maximum and everything will be ready for me!

Ketu marinated today in soy sauce with oyster sauce, black pepper, dry garlic, marjoram and oregano. On a preheated grill, 3-4 minutes is enough for the fish (depending on the size of the steak) and the juicy, tender fish is ready.

Dinner (200 g - raw weight) chum salmon fried on an electric grill and vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber - total weight 150 g), dressed with 20 g sour cream.

Dinner turned out to be 350 kcal.

About 3 hours before bedtime, I ate apples (150 g) - 70 kcal.

The result of the day is 1425 kcal. B - 112, F - 57, U - 97.

I definitely drink the rate of water. I do not include green tea in my water norm.

I decided that the New Year is approaching and we need to prepare links to a selection of dishes, salads and snacks for you, which I selected for the last New Year. I have not yet decided in what format I will prepare for this celebration in terms of a blog post.

We have already decided everything for ourselves. We will celebrate the New Year at home and I will not prepare a lot of food. We'll just buy sweets that we don't allow ourselves on ordinary days - a good fish, maybe I will make homemade boiled pork as a snack, buy my favorite fruits, good cheese, caviar. And that's all.

And so I went to Yandex search to find my articles with a selection of dishes. By the way - it is very convenient to search for recipes in the search, when you remember the approximate name - in 80% the search gives what you need. I type "okolopp zen" and the approximate name of the recipe is "fruit pie", for example, and a search gives almost always the recipe I need. It would be nice if Zen made channel navigation so that it would be possible to somehow organize the articles and it would be easier to search for the necessary information. But these are only dreams.

So, I started typing in the search - "okolopp" and suddenly realized that I was popularπŸ˜‚.

After "okolopp" Yandex gave me a lot of search options that someone had already entered.

I don't even know how I feel about such popularity. Honestly, when they recognize me somewhere, I'm somehow uncomfortable even, I'm embarrassedπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜‚.
