It is always pleasant to have a cup of hot aromatic coffee with a delicious homemade dessert.

And today I want to invite you to cook one of the best options for such a dessert. To prepare it, you need egg whites, coconut and gelatin.

I'm sure coconut lovers will be delighted with this dessert! And even a child can cook it.

Cooking ingredients:

Chicken eggs (or rather, only proteins) - 3 pcs.
Coconut flakes - 40 g
Gelatin - 10 g
Milk - 100 g
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Vanillin - 1/2 tsp l.
Salt - a pinch
Milk or dark chocolate - for decoration (optional)

Let's start cooking ...

First of all, we take coconut flakes, pour it into a bowl and pour half of the milk norm - it needs to be slightly warmed up. Leave it on for a while, so that the dry coconut flakes swell and become soft.

Pour gelatin into the remaining amount of milk (I have sheet - but there is no difference) and also let stand for 10 minutes so that the gelatin swells. And after the gelatin swells, dissolve it in a steam bath or in the microwave.

Now we separate the chicken eggs into yolks and whites, in this recipe only whites are needed (it is desirable that they be chilled). Add a pinch of salt and beat with a mixer until lush foam.

Then add sugar, vanillin and beat again - this time you get a thick dense protein mass.

Next, add the loose gelatin to the proteins and beat for a few more minutes.

Finally, add the swollen coconut flakes and mix gently with a spatula.

Now we take any confectionery ring (but small) or the side part from a split form for baking, grease from the inside with a small amount of vegetable oil or spread it with acetate (border) film. We put the protein-coconut mass inside and send it to the refrigerator for about two hours.

2 hours have passed - the dessert is ready!

You can decorate such a dessert with grated or melted (but not hot) chocolate. The dessert is simply unearthly - moderately sweet, airy, like a cloud, and literally melts in your mouth. Bounty bars are resting! Cook, taste, Enjoy your tea!
