If you are familiar with all diets, if you try to follow the next newfangled diet every time, but in the end or break down due to hunger and restrictions in products or lose weight and return to your usual diet and gain weight again - then perhaps my article will help you look at weight loss from a different perspective sides.
I just like you jumped from diet to diet. I lost weight, gained weight, lost weight again and gained weight again. The understanding that I was doing everything wrong came to me when I began to weigh 132 kg.
Since all my attempts to lose weight have not led me to anything good, it means that I need to change my diet in principle. Control it, consciously approach the choice of products.
And it was the counting of calories and BJU that helped me not only lose weight without starving and eating much tastier and more varied than on any diet, but also helped to learn how to control nutrition and change food habits.
As an example of nutritional control by counting calories, I will show my menu.
Breakfast - two eggs fried in a non-stick frying pan, which I sprinkled with one spray of a sprayer - this is less than 1 g of oil. And a sandwich on Darnitsky bread (40 g) with liver pate (70 g).
I drank green tea with jasmine with a sandwich.
It turned out breakfast for 435 kcal.
After breakfast, as always, back to work.
For a snack today I ate apples (200 g) and slowly dragged cashew nuts (35 g). And green tea. I'm nowhere without him.
I am even thinking of buying myself a thermo mug or a small thermos to take hot green tea with me when we go for a walk or to the shops. Usually such trips take a lot of time and hot tea would be useful in winter. But so far this is not the most important and necessary purchase.
Apples and nuts - 320 kcal.
The other day I put the nuts in the oven to dry and did not set the timer. I remembered when the aroma of well-roasted nuts went through the apartment. Above in the photo you can see which nuts are ruddy steel.
Do you know how tasty they turned out? Now I will specially roast some of the nuts in the oven to such a state. Completely different taste. But you need to control yourself - the hand reaches out to them. I even spread out to everyone in tins and give out portions of nuts, and put the rest away in the closet.
You know you don't recommend eating a lot of nuts every day. Enough 15-20 pieces.
In the morning I took out the meat to defrost. I decided to fry the cutlets for a couple of days, or maybe even more will work out (from beef and pork) and I had a little minced chicken - I'll put it on soup with meatballs.
Minced meat just defrosted closer to dinner and I managed to quickly cook the soup.
Obde - 450 g of soup with potatoes, TSP vermicelli and chicken meatballs - 160 kcal.
And after lunch I drank tea with marshmallows - 115 kcal.
As I said, I decided to rest a little and devote more time to what I like. I like to cook.
After lunch, I started preparing food. I made minced meat for cutlets, mixed it with spices, fried cutlets with a little coconut oil. By the way, I liked that it doesn't burn as much as olive or sunflower.
And remembering that I now have a blender attachment that will instantly cut a carrot into thin straws, I finally decided to repeat the recipe for carrots in Korean, according to which I prepared my carrots dad. Of course, I have reduced the amount of oil used.
For dinner, we had cutlets, pasta and carrots.
120 g durum wheat pasta, 130 g cutlets and 70 g Korean carrots - 400 kcal.
The result of the day is 1430 kcal. B - 81, F - 58, U - 135.
I drank my water intake. Drinking regimen is important not only for losing weight, but for the body in general. The recommended amount of water is 30 ml per 1 kilogram of weight.
I drink a glass of water on an empty stomach, drink a glass of water before each meal and then during the day as desired, but I drink my norm (about 2 liters).
Today I went for a walk in the evening. The necessity prompted me to walk - but I walked so well through the little frost - even my mood improved. And when we hung a garland-curtain on the window in the evening, I was generally happy as a child!

I didn't weigh myself on Friday because I'm not having the best period for weight control. But three days ago I weighed in and my weight is still around 68.4 kg. Right now, he does not want to overcome the 68.2 kg mark, so that I can honestly say that I have already lost 64 kg. But I achieved nothing minus 63, and I will achieve minus 64 even by increasing the calorie intake and going to my norm! This is the attitude you need to be in order for everything to work outπ
