Good day to all, good mood and delicious weight loss!

From my experience of dieting (and I have been losing weight as long as I can remember), I identified the main disadvantages of the diet and these are:

  • it's hard to endure restrictions and hunger, you break down more often than you get the long-awaited result,
  • after the end of the diet, the weight returns, as we return to the previous diet.

The main thing is to understand: we want to be slim - we change our lifestyle and eating habits. No diet will give permanent results if you return to the food on which you gained excess weight for a long time. Otherwise, a vicious circle will turn out: diet - weight gain - diet - weight gain. Agree, not a very attractive pastime?

Having abandoned all diets, I came to counting calories and in the end there were several main rules:

  • we cook deliciously, but less high in calories than before (even if you stop frying food in the sea of ​​oil, you will already see the result),
  • drink water, keep the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates for our health and body quality,
  • helping ourselves to burn calories by an active lifestyle.

When calculating calories, reducing the calorie content of the diet (I repeat - with no less tasty diet than it was), gradually new food habits and having received your long-awaited result, you will no longer return to the old food, because you will form a new diet, to which you already get used to it.

I also loved earlier fatty chops, fried potatoes, and more butter, pies, cakes and everything that is so high in calories and is deposited on the sides.

And now I like chocolate muffins with cherries, cottage cheese baskets with berries, cutlets baked or fried on an electric grill without oil, cheese cakes with berries fillings, cakes with curd cream and berries, cheese soup, pies in pita bread and many other delicious dishes that are prepared without the use of very high-calorie products.

And I do not want to return to the life that was just over two years ago.

I'll tell you about my Sunday menu, and I'll also share a photo from a walk in Tsaritsyno. We combine the pleasant (a walk in beautiful places) with the useful (a long walk in the fresh air) πŸ˜‰.

Early Sunday breakfast - oatmeal with curd cheese (30 g), cold smoked pink salmon (45 g) and lettuce.

For the oatmeal itself, today I used 30 g of long-boiled oatmeal, 30 g of milk 2.5%, egg, salt, baking powder.

Breakfast for 390 kcal.

On Sunday, we were planning a trip to the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve, as I said. We still thought - to visit us Kolomenskoye or Tsaritsyno and the choice still fell on Tsaritsyno, although we had been there.

But nothing, soon my husband has the second half of his vacation and, if everything goes well, we will visit other interesting places and show you πŸ˜‰

And also, walking, we met squirrels near the ponds. Apparently, from the fact that they are fed, squirrels are not afraid of people and beg.

I even managed to feed a few squirrels, they eat from their hands!

We returned home at lunchtime and at first I decided to have a snack with watermelon (800g) - 200 kcal.

And later we had lunch.

For lunch, a plate of mushroom soup (450 g) and for tea after the soup a sandwich on Darnitsa bread (35 g) with curd cheese (20 g) and pink salmon (65 g).

That's how I wanted to dine today. Dinner 330 kcal.

For dinner, 200 g of chicken cutlet with curd filling and tomato salad with lettuce and herbs (total weight 200 g), dressed with 5 g of olive oil. Dinner for 400 kcal.

Dinner is traditionally early with us, even on weekends we try not to interrupt the schedule and diet.

In the evening I allowed myself coffee with milk and vanilla syrup - 80 kcal.

As a result, my day went to 1400 kcal. B113, Zh50, U120.

I tried to drink water, but mostly in the afternoon.

This is how active my day passed with the benefit and contemplation of beautiful historical sites. How did you spend your weekend?
