The only difference is that if you do not like or do not want to count calories, you simply severely limit yourself in food, while depriving the body of many substances it needs. You lose weight quickly, but just as quickly regain weight, returning to the food that was before the diet.

Calorie deficiency - gives slow weight loss, but during it the body rebuilds, gets used to new diet, which becomes a way of life and then the weight will never again will return.

I'll tell you about my day and the menu.

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs and sandwiches on whole grain bread (45 g) with butter (10 g) and carp caviar (30 g).

I drank green tea at breakfast.

Breakfast - 425 kcal.

After breakfast I did some work and went for a walk on business.

I am glad that it is Friday, and there is practically no work. And somehow I don't like looking at my vacationer husband while sitting at the computer. So also there is everything they demand, you need to cook! 🤣 When the husband is at work, at least lunch is fed by the employer.

The other day we went to Moscow and stopped by the market - we bought a Dagestan watermelon (at least that it is Dagestan, the sellers assured).

And then he waited in the wings. Today we decided to try it.

700 g watermelon - 175 kcal

I will not say that the watermelon is excellent. So-so. Although today a friend told me that they already bought a watermelon 2 times. One was just super, and the second was thrown out half. Apparently, how lucky. But even in the midst of the watermelon season, watermelon does not always come across for everything 💯.

After a snack, I fiddled with sorrel. Yesterday they brought a whole package of sorrel and my aunt's recipe - how to make a preparation of sorrel in order to pamper yourself with sorrel cabbage soup in winter. I will definitely share a secret with you. We already evaluated the aunt's workpiece this winter, tried it, and now we will do it ourselves.

For lunch I had 220 g of squash pancakes with 60 g of soft cottage cheese as a sauce.

Lunch at 400 kcal.

Today I decided not to add greens to the curd, but just cut it and sprinkled it with zucchini.

In the evening I warmed myself a chicken broth (350 g), added 55 g of boiled vermicelli and a little garlic with herbs to it. It turned out to be a dinner for 200 kcal.

After dinner, I still had some free calories and with tea I ate chicken breast carpaccio on 205 kcal. Just got the squirrel

During the day, 1405 kcal came out. I drank my water requirement and more.
