Today I am sharing a recipe for making beef fillet, so that the meat is tender and juicy. In my opinion, this is the most successful cooking recipe. With such a special stewing technology, it turns out to be tender, juicy and soft.

Recipe:
Fillet of beef -600g.
Flour -2 tbsp.
Onion -1pc.
Sour cream -5-6 tbsp.
Water -300ml.
Tomato paste -1-2 tbsp
(or tomatoes in their own juice 150g)
Salt -1 tsp
Garlic -3 teeth.
Black pepper -1 / 3 tsp.
Sweet paprika -1 / 2 tsp
COOKING METHOD
Cut the beef fillet 600 grams into thin strips. If desired, the meat can be beaten off. Add 2 tablespoons to the meat. flour and mix.
Cut the onion into cubes and fry in a little vegetable oil. At the same time, fry the meat in another pan until golden brown.
Now add an incomplete tsp salt, black pepper. Add fried onions, 1-2 tbsp. tomato paste, today I add 150 grams of tomatoes in my own juice.
Add 5-6 tbsp. sour cream, pour in 300 ml of water, 2-3 cloves of garlic and simmer over low heat until the meat is cooked. It takes 40-60 minutes.
Stir occasionally so as not to burn. Additional water can be added during cooking if required. Ideal with mashed potatoes. You can cook more at once, then put it in the refrigerator and serve the next day, for example, with another side dish. Very tasty, I recommend.
Cooked in this way fillet of beef is not only soft, juicy, tender, but also very tasty.
