You know, I have a request for you.
I understand that you are only advising other authors to read my channel with the best of intentions. But don't do that.
I think that those who started running similar channels on Zen have already read me, because in a similar format I was one of the first to write here (soon my channel is 2 years old!). Therefore, your advice will not help, and most likely will only annoy the author. Accordingly, a constant wave of negativity falls out on me, not only somewhere on other channels (which interests me a little), but also in the comments of my articles. I don't want to waste my free time to remove all this hater negativity, which is already enough.
I'd rather spend my free time communicating with adequate readersπ.

Today for breakfast I had to cook everyone a lazy khachapuri, which you already love, judging by the comments.
My khachapuri turned out to be 400 kcal. Delicious and hearty breakfast. Considering that our day today should turn out to be intense and it is not clear when, where and what we will eat - an excellent breakfast option.
After breakfast, we packed up on the sly and drove to Moscow - until lunchtime we had business in Moscow.
Having finished with our chores, we decided that we would have lunch with shawarma, especially since we were near the park, where amazing shawarma is prepared at the food court.
I wrote down on shawarma 500 kcal, taking from the calorie counter KBZHU.

The day planned for 1400 kcal, in the end, did not become so. Well, let it be a day of loading and rest today, I thought.
Kvass was used - I was very thirsty after a walk (13,000 steps on a fitness bracelet), and the water ran out even that was bought already in the park.
And the ice cream is over. Everyone around with such an appetite is eating it, how not to try it! My cherry is very tasty and I tried a piece with my husband's gooseberries, though I gave half of my waffle cup to my husband, as if it would save me today ππ
Ice cream 200 kcal and kvass 150 kcal.
Returning home, we decided to stop by for rolls. I didn't mean it, honestly! But my husband persuaded! π Walk like that! And that's where the calorie count is over for today.
Well, what is the calculation of calories if rolls have already been used?!
True, I haven't done a download for a long time - I can afford it!
After dinner with rolls, I drank water, because during the trip I did not drink my norm.
