Sometimes you want a hot soup, especially since soups are usually very attractive for those who are losing weight according to KBZHU.

I ate a plate of hot soup - and ate, and warmed up, and my stomach is nice. And you can also please yourself with something delicious for tea after soup суп. Some pluses!

Today I want to share with you a recipe for cheese soup with spinach.

I have already told you how useful spinach is and shared recipe for jellied spinach pie.

And so I decided to cook the spinach soup. But since not everyone likes spinach, or perhaps they just treat it with prejudice (after all, spinach does not have any special taste), I decided that the soup would be cheese - most people like it его.

I needed the following ingredients:

  • turkey breast fillet - 400 g,
  • 3-4 potatoes - 520 g,
  • small carrots - 45 g,
  • onion 1 pc - 90 g,
  • spinach - 165 g
  • processed cheese - box 200 g,
  • garlic - 15 g
  • salt, bay leaves 5-6 allspice peas.
  • 2.5 liters of water.

Cooking.

We put a pot of water on the fire, salt.

While the water is boiling, finely chop the onion and three carrots on a coarse grater.

We send onions and carrots to the pan.

Cut the turkey breast into small cubes.

You can use chicken breast and drumstick and thigh, but remember that the calorie content of the soup will increase.

As soon as the vegetables boil a little, add the turkey to them and cook for 5-7 minutes. We constantly remove the foam.

Do not forget to add salt to the broth.

While the turkey is cooking, we have time to cut the potatoes into small cubes and send them to the pan.

We bring the potatoes almost to readiness, reduce the heat so that the broth does not boil and add the melted cheese.

Do not forget about the spices - bay leaves and sweet peas. Stir well.

At the very last moment, add chopped spinach and finely chopped garlic to the soup, increase the heat.

As soon as it starts to boil, turn it off.

Everything is ready!

When serving, sprinkle with your favorite herbs.
