Here I share with you my experience of losing weight (my result is already minus 58 kg), everyday menu and recipes for dishes on which I lost weight and continue to grow slim.
Girls (and boys) and I eat tasty, satisfying and balanced meals, taking into account the calorie intake we need.
We have forgotten about rigid diets, do not starve and go to harmony without breakdowns, because we are full and delicious.
I love to cook something with pita bread - a wonderful result is always obtained. You can prepare both sweet and basic dishes.
Today I want to bring to your attention another wonderful pita roll - curd and cheese. This is a bomb!
It is very difficult to resist and not eat it all.
✅Ingredients (for those who consider KBZhU, I indicate grams):
- lavash thin 1 sheet (I have 130 g),
- cottage cheese in a briquette 5% - packing 180 g,
- suluguni cheese - 150 g,
- chicken egg - 1 pc - 55 g.
- black pepper, a little greens (I have dill and basil, you can use dry seasonings).
And there is nothing special to cook here.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Mix cottage cheese with egg, add cheese.
Spice up.
Add chopped herbs and mix well.
Put the filling on the pita bread, distribute evenly and twist the roll, tucking the edges.
I had a hole in the pita and I closed it with pieces of pita bread left over from the preparation of another dish.
We bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
