The problem of overweight among the population has remained relevant for many years. Excess weight leads to a number of problems and not only problems with appearance, problems in public life, but most importantly, these are health problems.

I will use the concept of "diet" in a narrow sense - as a diet strictly limited in food and calorie content.
Diets are chosen according to the principle: friends have recommended, a set of products is suitable, the diet is advertised on the Internet. And few people compare diet and health.
Diet in most cases will not solve the problem of obesity in the long term. This is only a temporary, universal measure that does not take into account the individual characteristics of a person, his taste preferences, and physical activity.
Diets are often not balanced in basic nutrients (proteins, fats and carbohydrates), as well as poor in vitamins and minerals - everyone who looks after their health should think about this.
After a diet, excess weight in most cases returns, because a person switches to his usual diet, which has already led him more than once to excess weight and will lead again.
And most importantly, the diet does not lead to a change in eating behavior, the formation of correct eating habits, and this is the optimal way to deal with excess weight in the long term.
Choosing a simple (as it seems) path of diet, we choose running in a circle, without the prospect of breaking out of it.
It is always difficult to change our habits, lifestyle, because how long have we been going to the lifestyle that we have formed and gave us extra weight.
But if your choice is good health, a slim figure, balanced and tasty food - then only a gradual change in your eating habits will help you change your lifestyle.
It no longer requires proof that it is necessary to create a calorie deficit in order to lose weight:

Today I have coffee with milk (50 g) and 80 g of turkey pastroma as a snack.

I noticed that I began to drink a lot of coffee - several times a week. But before I drank several times a month, and even then not always, because coffee had a bad effect on my stomach. But for some time now we have been developing a friendship with coffee. Either I really found the coffee that suits me, or with the transition to about PP, the perception of products changed.
For lunch, I had very lazy stuffed cabbage rolls ready (according to the recipe that I reminded you above).
350 g of lazy cabbage rolls and 30 g of homemade bread - 335 kcal.
And for the evening I made pancakes with meat. My portion (160 g) with 30 g sour cream 15% - 450 kcal.
The lack of calories and fats compensated for the evening with 25 g of nuts - 160 kcal.
The result of the day is 1610 kcal. B - 111, F - 70, U - 134.
