I myself adhere to and advocate tasty and satisfying weight loss on calorie deficit.

No diets on carrots, cabbage, apples, starvation - they just bring in extra weight later.

We eat delicious, hearty and grow thin on counting calories.

And sometimes to any of us want in addition to the main dishes of something sort, indulge your taste buds.

So I suggest you try a quick snack of cherry tomatoes - you can have it within a day.

For starters I needed:

  • 250 g of cherry tomatoes (you can use any of tomatoes, but it is better pomyasistee)
  • 100 g of sweet peppers,
  • green favorite - a small bunch (I used only the dill)
  • garlic - 2 large cloves,
  • 5 g of sugar (1 tsp)
  • 5 g salt (1 teaspoon).
  • a pinch of coriander,
  • Chili peppers are not more than 1 cm of fresh (I used the seasoning cayenne chili pepper - a pinch)
  • 15 g sunflower oil fragrant (1 tablespoon small)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar 9%.

Preparation.

Cherry tomatoes washed and made an incision on each cross. You can use any tomatoes (the best - meaty and not watery). Large tomatoes can simply be cut into slices.

Pepper, garlic, herbs, oil, vinegar and all spice ground in a blender to a pulp - has turned out fragrant dressing.

I took capacity - I have a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Layers laid out in a jar with tomatoes resulting dressing.

Close the jar and turn over several times to fragrant mixture distributed throughout the tomatoes and fell into the incisions.

Harvesting in the refrigerator and it is better for a day. And then you can enjoy tasty snacks.

A juice that will Pomidorka in conjunction with the dressing - it is something, and I want to dip a piece of bread in it and eat it!
