Sunday I lazy in terms of cooking.

I wanted to just relax and do nothing. I wanted to get some sleep - but failed. And as we know poor sleep and stress affect weight loss and do not have a positive effect.

I have not even thought through in advance menu KBZHU, so I will shift during the day, trying to collect proteins more than 80 grams, to keep fat in the area of ​​55-65 g of carbohydrates and in the area of ​​70-100 g of the products available in the refrigerator.

There are the same as I do, that the soup can eat at any meal according to your mood and desire? There was a time, I always eat soup for breakfast before going to work.

As a result, the day I turned on 1285 kcal. B - 94, M - 68, U - 74. Almost. Protein, of course it would be necessary to gather a little more, but that's kind of day today - did not work. A little fat to go bust, but do not think it's terrible.

By the way, at the very beginning, I cut his fat to 35 grams per day. And got dry skin (assuming that I always take care of it) and just rolling in horrible hair.
