Here is the territory for those who are slimming and do it for the last time.

In this blog, I share my experience of losing weight, everyday menus and recipes for low-calorie meals on which I lose weight. And my result to date is minus 58 kg.

Today I want to offer you a recipe for the simplest canned tuna pate. The idea was suggested to me by my subscriber Valentina, and for that, many thanks to her!

I hope that Valentina will check in in the comments so that everyone can thank her for the great idea.

For the pate, I only needed 2 ingredients:

  • cottage cheese in a briquette 5% - 100 g,
  • a can of canned tuna - 150 g (it contains 100 g of fish without filling).

In this recipe, the main thing is to find a tuna manufacturer whose canned taste will suit you.

I tried a lot of canned tuna before I found mine.

And as usual, whatever we like is not entirely cheap. But there is a way out, I know what I like and buy canned food when there is a stock on them and several pieces at once.

But let's move on to the pate.

There are two ways to prepare it.

The first method is to simply mash the tuna with a fork.

Add cottage cheese to it and mix well.

In this case, the consistency will be uneven and you will feel every ingredient.

I liked this option.

The second way is when you want a homogeneous paste.

In this case, we use a blender, in which we add all the ingredients and beat until smooth.

It's simple, but how delicious!

Pate for healthy sandwiches for tea is ready!

You can diversify such a pate with various additives.

You can add to it either a pickled cucumber, or olives, or a little garlic, or just herbs, or capers, or cherry tomatoes.

Experiment and find your favorite flavor.
