At the very beginning of the journey, when I still little understood how much and what to eat, so that the daily KBZhU was within the amount I needed, I made a menu for 1-2 days in advance.

Now, in the morning I just bring in what I plan to eat in the day, knowing what dishes I have prepared and see what else I can include in the menu.

Hopefully most of you use calorie counter apps that make calorie counting very easy. I use SIT 30, someone likes more Fat secret - it's a matter of convenience and habit.

Using the calorie counter, you can create a menu for the day.

I am sure that most people cook for more than one day and know what dishes and products they have in the refrigerator.

So, according to the available products and dishes, we make a menu.

IN average by weight I take 400-450 g for soups, 100-150 g for side dishes and 150-200 g for protein foods that go to the side dish (breast, fish, etc.).

We distribute breakfast - snack - lunch - dinner, adjusting the weight of the dishes in plus or minus, in order to adjust the KBZHU.

When you have brought in an approximate menu in advance, you have distributed the food evenly for the whole day and follow the planned plan.

If you know that you want to eat more in the evening, leave more calories for the evening.

For breakfast today I have just delicious baked cheesecakes with strawberries. As usual, I made the preparation in the evening and put it in the refrigerator. In the morning I put it in the oven for 20 minutes and while I was doing my morning chores - hot, fragrant cheesecakes with strawberries were ready!

I got breakfast 415 kcal.

In addition, at breakfast I drank green tea, vitamins and omega-3s.

I decided to use some durum semolina instead of flour when making cheese cakes. Soon I will share with you the recipe for these cheesecakes.

I thought that in the morning early today, give up on the quarry to swim - after all, swimming is an excellent physical activity and tightens the whole body. And only then to work, but somehow I was confused by the 18 degrees that our street thermometer showed. I decided to wait for the warming, maybe tomorrow everything will grow together.

I stayed at home and devoted all my time to work.

It seems that today is not hot outside, but I really wanted ice cream. And I know I have a supply of delicious ice cream in my freezer.

I decided to pamper myself with chocolate ice cream for a snack - 235 kcal

Yesterday I cooked food for several days and now, knowing the KBZhU dishes available to me, I easily divided the dishes into meals and the ice cream fit into my daily diet in the best way.

Today I have spent almost the whole day at the computer.

The food is ready and you don't have to worry about what we eat today.

For lunch, I have 100 g of boiled buckwheat and 200 g of cod stewed in a creamy sauce.

Lunch turned out to be 355 kcal.

For dinner there were zucchini baked with chicken breast in curd cheese sauce (300 g) - 210 kcal.

I had an interesting story with zucchini yesterday. I prepared everything in order to bake zucchini boats with filling. But then she suddenly changed her mind and decided to cut everything into cubes, mix and send to the oven. I didn't want to mess around, cut out the boats.

Yesterday I didn't even try what I did. I don't taste the food I cook at all.

But today I appreciated my lazy recipe and I really liked it! Here's the truth - it turned out tasty and juicy. I would even gladly eat another portion, but there was a choice - either one more portion, or berries in the late afternoon.

Of course, I chose berries, especially since they are a perishable product and they had to be eaten.

3 hours before bedtime, I ate 200 g of strawberries and 200 g of cherries for 185 kcal.

As a result, my day went to 1400 kcal.

The norm of water has been drunk and even more. Although there is no heat, a bottle of water always at hand helpsπŸ˜‰.
