Here I share my experience of losing weight, recipes, talk about everything that a losing weight person encounters on his way to a slim figure, and also share the menu for the day.

I started my journey with 1700 kcal per day. I made mistakes, corrected them, for example - this is an underestimation of calorie intake with a weight of more than 100 kg to 1100-1200 kcal. I had to improve and increase the calorie intake, lately I have lost about 1300 kcal.
Now my diet is 1400 kcal - I began to gradually increase my calorie intake in order to give my body a rest, so that it gradually gets used to more energy and weaned off the deficit. After resting, I will go back to deficit in order to get rid of a few extra pounds.

Today I want to give a simple and illustrative example, showing how counting calories can really help you lose weight.

For my family, I bought glazed curd cheeses and decided to see if it would be possible for me to try one cheese with tea, if it would fit into my today's diet.

According to the data from the package - 100 g of cheese contains 390 kcal! One cheese is 45 g, therefore 175 kcal.

I could eat a couple of such cheese curds with tea, for example, after dinner.

Well, what is there cheese, it's very small, right? And a couple of these curds are already 350 kcal🤷‍♂️, and this is my whole meal now, but before it was just an addition to tea, after dinner.

So, comparing your food before and now - you understand where the excess weight came from.

But like many, I thought that I was eating little.

Once again, I want to say that it is not only the amount of food on the plate that matters, but primarily the calorie content of your food.

I'll go to the menu.

For breakfast, I have two eggs fried without oil in a non-stick frying pan, 55 g of processed sausage cheese and 50 g of cherry.

And it turned out breakfast for 370 kcal.

After breakfast I drank green tea and went to work a little at the computer.

For a snack, two buckwheat loaves (25 g) with squash caviar (100 g) - 200 kcal.

My craving for squash caviar will never go away. Usually, if a product appears that you want all the time, after eating it, you switch to another. And here, no matter how much I eat squash caviar, I still want to.

The other day my husband reminded me that that summer we collected mushrooms, some of which are still frozen. We should use it. New harvest is coming. Although I do not know how everything will turn out and whether it will be possible to pick up mushrooms in this situation.

In general, today is the day of processing mushrooms.

For lunch I cooked mushroom soup, and in the evening I cooked mushroom caviar.

Mushroom soup turns out to be very low in calories.

A plate of mushroom soup for lunch (450 g) is 80 kcal.

You understand that in an hour there will be no trace of the soup and will be drawn to the refrigerator, and this is fraught.

Therefore, for the soup I have two sandwiches with sausage cheese. Tiny sandwiches - whole grain bread for 30 g and cheese - 50 g. Total 200 kcal.

And it turned out lunch for 280 kcal.

For dinner I have chicken roll (200 g), some cherry and lettuce leaves (50 g). And how not to try the mushroom caviar, which I made from honey agarics, but still hot (100 g).

Dinner for 420 kcal.

We have dinner early at 5 pm, so I allow myself to eat something else after dinner, the main thing is that the last meal is 3 hours before bedtime.

In the evening I ate a couple of cheesecakes with tea. Prepared for dinner for the family and myself for breakfast, but there were free calories and cheesecakes perfectly fit into the BJU.

Cheesecakes (90 g) and sour cream (10 g) - 160 kcal.

For the whole day, I got 1430 kcal.

As always, I drink my water requirement. Today I managed to do exercises on my arms and squats, and spent half a day on my feet in the kitchen - also some kind of physical activity. And so you want to wind kilometers through the forest - you can already ride a bike.
