My channel is about tasty and satisfying weight loss. If you want to continue tormenting yourself with rigid diets and hunger, and then, having broken loose, gorge on even more extra pounds, then we are not on our way.

For breakfast, everyone wanted fried eggs, that's great, you don't have to invent something - I take a large non-stick frying pan and fry all the fried eggs on it.

I have two eggs for breakfast, two buckwheat breads (25 g) and 40 g of processed cheese. A little cherry for freshness and green tea.

Breakfast - 405 kcal.

For a snack, 120 g of orange and the last chocolate cake with cherry (65 g). What are the cupcakes that are delicious and tender in consistency. The snack turned out to be 155 kcal.

For lunch I have boiled potatoes (150 g), mushroom caviar from honey agarics (100 g), chicken cutlet (65 g). And some cherry (50 g).

I cooked the cutlets yesterday and quickly - I just mixed the minced chicken breast with an egg and spices and fried in a non-stick frying pan.

Lunch turned out to be 300 kcal.

So much food on the plate, but only 300 kcal!

Someone will look at the photo and say that from such an amount of food he would not have crawled through the door. And who is smarter, will understand that the point is how much this food contains energy.

Now only the laziest, generally uneducated and uninterested person does not know that the body needs energy (calories) for functioning, which it takes from food. And if this energy is in excess, then it goes into the reserve (fat), and if there is a deficit of energy, then the reserve is spent.
We know our norm - we do not transmit above the norm - we live and enjoy life in our normal weight. Eating slightly with a deficit from the norm - we are losing weight to our delight and without health problems.

After lunch I drank green tea with 20 g of dark chocolate - 110 kcal.

The weather is gorgeous today. We, of course, found those who decided to fry kebabs. But why should everyone be on the same heel?

I perfectly understand people - they are tired, I want air, wonderful weather, May holidays and the traditional opening of the barbecue season. But the situation is not right now to clump together for fun, especially since there are places to isolate from everyone.

Since we went out and breathe today, how can we do without a photo:

After the walk, I ate 20 g of peanuts - 110 kcal.

For the evening I prepared a crab salad for everyone: crab sticks, an egg, boiled rice, onions, corn. And baked a curd casserole. For some reason I wanted to cook a curd casserole with cocoa. I've never cooked like that before. It turned out to be the most fragrant! Very much even nothing, but with green gulls - an excellent dessert turned out.

For dinner I ate 120 g of crab salad dressed with 30 g of sour cream with Bavarian mustard - 220 kcal.

And I ate 100 g of chocolate curd casserole with hot tea after taking a turpentine bath - 165 kcal.

This is my third turpentine bath, I increase the dose and the sensations increase accordingly. If for the first time I just felt a tingling sensation, more like a tickling, then now it is noble that it burned me so much. I hope that everything is not in vain and the effect for the skin will be good, and maybe not only for the skin - there are still a whole bunch of positive aspects in turpentine baths, even judging by your reviews.

In just a day I did it 1450 kcal.

I observe the drinking regime every day (30 ml of water per kg of weight) and today, instead of physical education, I take an 8-kilometer walk through the forest.
