Good day and delicious weight loss!
My channel is not just recipes. I talk about my experience of losing weight on a calorie deficit, and low-calorie recipes are a nice bonus.
Therefore, for those who do not yet know that losing weight can be tasty and satisfying and easy, I want to give some background information:
And now to the main thing - to the chocolate cake, which can be made in 5 minutes!
I remembered the other day that several times you asked me if I was making quick muffins in the microwave.
In principle, I use the microwave very rarely and do not cook food in it. But I had free time and I decided to experiment.
I will make a reservation that neither I came up with the recipe, but I can not indicate the specific author either, since I reread it There are many microwave cupcake recipes on the Internet and decided to reduce the ingredients to a minimum - taking from the recipes only basis.
A wonderful cupcake, I must say! For some reason I thought that he would not learn from me🤣:
- firstly - only 2 main ingredients,
- secondly, my microwave is not at all powerful.
I used the following ingredients for the cake:
- half a banana - 75 g,
- 1 chicken egg
- 10 g cocoa,
- 1/3 teaspoon baking powder.
For decoration as desired:
- 10 g of peanuts and 5 g of date syrup.
✅Cooking.
Everything is outrageously simple!
Take a blender, whisk a banana, egg, cocoa and baking powder in it.
Pour into a mug or dish that can be used in the microwave.
I poured the dough into a Fix Price mold.
We turn on the microwave at full power for 5 minutes.
Even with my not the most powerful microwave, everything worked out great.
The cupcake came out of the mold perfectly, although I didn't grease it with anything.
Cupcake itself is delicious. As for me, the sweetness of a banana is enough.
Garnish with nuts and date syrup if desired.
You can also brush with soft cottage cheese or yogurt and sprinkle with nuts or grated chocolate.
With cream in the form of curd or yogurt, it will turn out very tender.
KBZHU for the whole serving with peanuts and syrup: K - 270, B - 13.66, F - 12.8, U - 24.3. Nuts and syrup added calories to the dessert.
