Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of57kg.
I would like to share with you a bit of New Year's mood and smart Moscow:
And I continue to maintain a deficit, despite the holidays.
Having celebrated the New Year and having tasted all the sweets on the festive table, I will again build in those who are losing weight and who are losing weight.
Prada did not get up on the scales after the New Year's feast and I plan to weigh myself only on Friday - January 10th. To rest is to rest).
Do you remember that we agreed to weigh everything on January 10 and take stock of the holidays?)
Today for breakfast - sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (70 g) with cheese (50 g) and fish paste (35 g). Breakfast turned out to be 445 kcal.
Since we were not going to sit at home, but to go to the cinema and take a walk, I knew that I would not have a snack. Therefore, my breakfast is quite hearty.
After breakfast, having had some rest, we went for a walk and to the cinema. I haven't seen so many people in the cinema for a long time. People have fun as they can. Families of 8-10 people of all ages go to the cinema.
Returning home, we had lunch, although it was already closer to dinner.
For lunch, chicken broth (300 g), 40 g of boiled noodles and 60 g of boiled chicken thigh - and all together - chicken soup with noodles.
For the soup, 25 g of whole grain bread.
And it turned out lunch for 370 kcal.
A light broth goes very well after the New Year's table and all the sweets that were periodically prepared.
The body requires simple and understandable food and does not want to overload.
And today I wanted so much cottage cheese for dinner that I simply have no strength. Returning home from the cinema, we stopped by specially for fresh cottage cheese at our favorite store. And on the way, I already thought that I would have lunch with soup (I did it, although lunch was closer to dinner), but in the evening I would indulge myself with cottage cheese with canned peaches.
And all evening before dinner I just dreamed about how I would eat cottage cheese.
This is how the body is rebuilt. I have been around the PP for a year and 8 months, and if you want something forbidden, you just have to indulge in it a little and it gets boring. And the usual low-calorie food that does not weigh on the stomach becomes only a joy.
My dinner is 200 g of cottage cheese and 150 g of canned peach.
Dinner went out on 350 kcal.
And in just a day it turned out 1165 kcal.
And now I will explain why I did not get up to my 1300 kcal.
I knew that tomorrow I would leave for the whole day. In the morning I have business in Moscow, then I will have to have lunch and plan to go to a cafe, and in the evening we will go for a walk at VDNKh.
And now I left a small calorie deficit for tomorrow's cafe. So that in the end, the average number of calories for this week does not exceed my usual 1300 calorie deficit.
Here's a trick. If today you went over in calories, you can cut yourself a little tomorrow. Well, or how I knowing that there will be an overkill, today I did not get it a little.
And I also try to drink more water so that the extra water that has accumulated in the body during the holiday feasts is gone.
