Today I would like to tell my readers about such an extraordinary dish as potato boats with meat and mushrooms. The main advantages of such boats are original look and delicate taste chicken and mushrooms. All my family members liked this dish very much, and I am sure that I'll cook it again until the end of the New Year holidays.
1. Thoroughly wash the potatoes under running water and then we clean it with a brush. This is done so that you can bake the boats with the potato skins. If the country-style option does not suit you, just peel off. Cut the potatoes in half make a small cut on the "bottom" of the boat so that it is stable and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes. 2. Making the filling. Chop the champignons (for 10 boats we take 6 mushrooms), then boil and finely chop the chicken breast
(1 breast for 10 boats). We mix chicken and mushrooms, add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Everything is shown in the photo, scroll to the right.3. We do from boat potatoes, put them on a baking sheet and fill with the filling. From above every boat sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 15 minutes. It turns out very tasty and beautiful!
