Hello, my name is Oksana! Greetings to everyone who has looked at my page.

For some, it is enough to drink a cup of coffee for breakfast, and some prefer to slightly condense it - they prepare porridge, sandwiches... And someone even bakes something!

Some time ago, I published on my page a recipe for cheese cakes for breakfast ...

And today I want to propose to cook quick cottage cheese pie with apples (instead of cheesecakes) in a pan. I really like this option for replacing curd cakes - it is much easier to cook, and you don't need to stand at the stove all the time.

Cooking ingredients:

Cottage cheese - 250 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 2.5-3 tbsp. l.
Vanillin - to taste
Salt - a pinch
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Flour - 100-120 g
And, one medium apple

Let's start cooking ...

For cooking, take a fat, soft cottage cheese, break the eggs, add sugar, vanillin, salt and rub with a spoon or fork into a homogeneous mixture.

Sift flour together with baking powder, knead not a thick dough. We put it aside for now.

Cut the apple into slices.

Grease the pan (I have a diameter of 24 cm) with vegetable oil, put the curd dough, distribute it along the bottom. Put apple slices on top, slightly deepening them into the dough.

Cover the pan with a lid and put it on the stove, turn on the lowest fire. We bake for about 15 minutes.

Then put a flat plate of a suitable size on top of the cake, turn it over onto it, and then gently slide the cake back into the pan. Cover with a lid again and fry on the second side for about 7 minutes.

And, we get such a beautiful and hearty breakfast! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
