This zucchini is just a delight! You will cook them over and over again, because they are delicious - they are eaten instantly. By the way, this dish is also called "squash nuggets". Cook these zucchini today, it's so delicious that you can't wait long!

Preparation:

We need one medium-sized zucchini. We cut it with "sticks" (pieces), I cut it by eye, but the size is about 1.5x6 cm. If the zucchini is young, then you do not need to cut off the peel from it.

Sprinkle the zucchini with salt to taste, you can pepper and leave for just a couple of minutes. You do not need to keep them for a long time, otherwise they will begin to secrete juice. And we just need them to absorb salt and spices.

Let's prepare three bowls. In the first we will have an egg (1-2 pieces), beaten with a fork until smooth. The second contains flour, and the third contains bread crumbs. If desired, you can add a little grated cheese to the breadcrumbs. But personally, I like this recipe without it. I add cheese when baking in the oven, but there I already have other recipes.

Now we take a piece of zucchini, dip it first in an egg, then in flour, and then roll it in breadcrumbs. Then immediately put in a pan and fry on all sides until golden brown.

Prepare a simple but delicious sauce for the zucchini. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions in a bowl, add 1-2 cloves of garlic and dill. If you are not salty, add a pinch of salt to the sauce.

Serve hot zucchini. On the outside, they have a delicious crispy crust, but on the inside they are soft and tender. Zucchini nuggets just fly away with this sauce!

Zucchini in such a breading should be fried in oil in a pan. They don't work in the oven. Bon appetit, friends!
