How to make chocolate cream cheese from cottage cheese

Do you have an extra pack of cottage cheese? Make such a delicious spread on bread or a bun out of it.

Ingredients:

500 gr. curd
2 eggs
100 g Sahara
1 hour l. soda
100 g butter
2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder ("Gold Label" or "Silver Label")
100 g dark bitter chocolate
a pinch of salt

How to cook:

1. Cut the butter into pieces and place in a saucepan. Put the dishes on the fire to melt the butter.

2. Beat eggs into warm melted butter, add sugar and salt. To stir thoroughly.

3. Add cottage cheese to the resulting mixture, mix. Beat well with a whisk, removing all the lumps. You can use a blender.

4. Put the saucepan on the fire again, and stirring regularly, heat the mass until the cottage cheese melts.

5. Pour in cocoa powder and soda. Continue whisking and heating.

6. Break the chocolate into pieces and transfer to the melted cheese. Heat a little more so that the mass becomes uniform.

7. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Pour more liquid chocolate cheese into jars with lids. seal and refrigerate.

After 3-4 hours, the cheese will harden and you can taste it.

As you can see, processed cheese at home is not difficult if you follow the above tips.
