In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 47 kg.

I went to the third day of my experiment - breakfast without bread and my favorite sandwiches.

Not to say that I'm in a dream to star sandwiches, but today I woke up at 6 am with an acute sense of hunger. For a long time, this was not for me.

Of course in my opinion, this is purely psychological. I deprive myself of sweets, which almost constantly ate for breakfast (within a year of my weight loss) and then, for no apparent reason, I was deprived of my tasty sandwich. Here the body and Strikes Back).

You tell me that it happens when low-carbohydrate diets, but thanks to the fruit and dried fruit carbohydrates I still commute as before, although the first day of missed the point.

Today for breakfast I had scrambled eggs from two eggs with 60 ml of milk and green onions. By omelette added tomatoes (about 100 g) with curd cheese (about 25 g).

A little thought, I added 40 grams of dates to tea, well fit into KBZHU.

I have breakfast at 420 kcal.

After breakfast, I devoted time to his channel, wrote an article, and then worked at the computer, and about 10 hours left on the bike to swim at the quarry. I have obtained a kind of swimming sessions, as if I went to the pool.

Only here in the pool every day is not hitting, and quarry next to the house, I get off in 10 minutes on the bike and just go back to the midday heat.

For dinner I cooked chicken roulette with cheese and tomatoes, and vegetable salad.

200 g chicken salad rolls and about 200 g of seasoned sour cream (about 20 g) - came to 280 kcal.

Total for the day turned out at me 1170 cal. Water was drunk per day according to the standard rate (30 ml per 1 kg of body weight).
