Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my recipes! I would be grateful for your comments and subscription.👍!
✅ 👌The safest option for baking that will complement a cozy homemade tea party is of course cookies! And if the cookies are made by hand, then tea drinking will become doubly pleasant.
Today I want to invite you to cook very tasty cookies that are cooked with kefir. I found this recipe some time ago on the Internet and since then it has become one of our favorites.
It's very easy to prepare with a minimal set of ingredients. Be sure to make these cookies for your loved ones - make your tea time enjoyable!
Ingredients for making the cookie rolls:
Kefir - 150 ml
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 50-60 ml
Sugar - 60-70 g
Flour - 300-350 g
Baking powder - 1.5 tsp l.
Salt - 1 pinch
Sugar + cinnamon - for the filling
Let's start cooking ...
Break the egg into a deep bowl, add sugar and salt. We mix everything well with a whisk so that the salt and sugar are completely dissolved.
Then pour in kefir and odorless vegetable oil. I had sunflower, but you can take olive or corn - what is. Stir the contents of the bowl well again until smooth.
Now sift some of the flour with baking powder, pour into a bowl and stir. Then add the remaining flour in parts, each time thoroughly kneading the dough with a spatula. When all the flour is added, we begin to knead the dough with our hands. It will turn out soft, pliable and will not stick to your hands at all.
Divide the finished dough into 2-3 parts for convenience in further work. Roll out each part into a thin layer (no more than 2-3 mm thick) and use a round dough cutter or a regular mug (the diameter should be approximately 10 cm) cut out circles.
We remove the scraps and put them on the still unused dough, and pour on the resulting round blanks an incomplete teaspoon of filling (mix cinnamon and sugar in an arbitrary proportion) and distribute evenly.
We twist the tubes, pinch the edges and roll them a little on the table to smooth the surface of the tubes.
We put the tubes on a baking sheet covered with parchment and put in the oven to bake.

And cookies are baked in the oven 15 minutes - at a temperature of 180 degrees. We take out the ruddy tubes and immediately serve with tea. The cookies are very tender on the inside and slightly crunchy on the outside, with a pleasant cinnamon aroma. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
