Ingredients:

apples
sugar
butter
vegetable oil
eggs
flour
natural yogurt or sour cream
vanillin, vanilla sugar
*cinnamon

Preparation:

Peel two medium-sized apples and cut into slices (you can also dice - as you like).

Melt 30 grams of butter in a frying pan, put 1 heaped tablespoon of sugar. Stir and add chopped apples to the resulting syrup. Simmer apples for 10 minutes over low heat, not forgetting to stir.

While the apples are cooking, prepare the dough. Mix 1 egg, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, vanillin or vanilla sugar to taste, Whisk until smooth, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Then add 150g of natural yogurt without fruit and berry additives (you can replace it with low-fat sour cream) and 140-150 grams of flour mixed with 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder.

Pour apples with the resulting dough. No need to stir! Apples on the bottom, dough on top - smooth it out gently with a spoon or spatula. Close the pan with a lid and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

Then carefully put the cake on a plate, turn it over and fry it on the other side in the same way under the lid, but for about 5 minutes. We check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick or a toothpick.

Everything! A quick fried pie in a pan is ready. It turns out to be very soft and tender, it melts right in the mouth. Delicious cake!
