Gentle, lush and simply delicious buns!

Preparation:
Pre from the refrigerator so that the oil softened.
Pour into a bowl of warm water and milk.
Pour into it the yeast, salt and sugar, all carefully stir. Leave for a little while, the yeast "alive", and the foam formed on the surface.
Pour 150 ml of vegetable oil and mix. Portions, add flour, continuing to interfere.

Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel and leave for about 1 hour. The dough should increase in volume by 2 times.
After 1 hour, put the dough on a floured work surface and divide in the balls.
Lubricate each flattened ball of butter.
Roll the dough into a fairly tight roll.
Roll twist and tie in a knot.
Share workpiece on the tray and leave for 15 minutes for proofing. Beat the egg yolk and rub them achmu.
Sprinkle top with black caraway or sesame seeds.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Achmu Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Ready achmu cool slightly and serve.
