Do you like pizza and shrimp? Try combining them in one dish and make a delicious pizza on fluffy dough with shrimps and tomatoes. I assure you, its taste will delight even the most fastidious family member.

Ingredients:

Flour - 350 g

Soluble yeast - 1 tsp

Water - 1 glass

Salt - a pinch

Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Cherry tomatoes - 6 pcs.

Champignons - 5-6 pcs.

White onion - 30 g

Mozzarella - 100 g

Tiger shrimps - 5-6 pcs.

Arugula - a few twigs

Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons

Preparation:

1. Prepare foods according to the list for the test. If possible, buy flour from soft wheat of type 00, if not, then ordinary wheat of the highest grade will do. Warm up the water, it should be warm. Measure out the yeast. As a rule, there are 10-11 grams of dry yeast in a small bag, this amount is calculated for 1 kg of flour. Using teaspoons, determine their quantity in a bag, all manufacturers have different granules. Often these are two such spoons with a good slide, respectively, for a given amount of flour, we take 1 teaspoon without a slide.

2. Sift flour into a deep bowl, add yeast, salt and olive oil. To feed the yeast and it starts to work faster, we add a little sugar.

3. Add water little by little, knead a soft dough that does not stick to your fingers. First with a spoon or fork, then with your hands.

4. Cover the bowl with cling film so that there is no air access, wrap it in a terry towel and we send it to a warm place for at least 30 minutes, the yeast should be activated, and the dough will fit and increase in sizes.

5. For now, let's prepare the ingredients for the filling. Wash the vegetables, defrost the shrimps.

6. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the shrimps in it for 1.5 minutes on each side.

7. Cool, the heads must be removed, the tails must be cleaned, do not forget to remove the intestines, it goes from the top in the middle along the entire tail.

8. To make the mushrooms look appetizing, cut them in two and lightly fry. This will prevent water from baking and make the pizza wet. If you don't want to fry anything else, then cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

9. By this time, the dough should have come up, knead it for the last time.

10. Sprinkle the baking dish with flour, form a circle of dough, put it in a container, form the sides. Lubricate with your favorite tomato sauce, sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Cut the onions into rings, put them on the blank along with lightly fried mushrooms. By the way, from this amount of dough, you can easily make two pizzas on a thin crust, but then increase the amount of ingredients for the filling.

11. Add the tomatoes last and a little more grated mozzarella. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, send the pizza into it for 10-12 minutes in the top and bottom heating mode.

12. After a while, put the shrimp on top and put it in the oven again for 5 minutes.

13. Sprinkle the finished pizza with fresh arugula for a savory taste, cut it into six equal pieces and serve immediately.
