Pork - 500 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Flour - 40 g
Soy sauce - 50 ml
Water - 150 ml
Vegetable oil - 30 ml
Salt, hot peppers, herbs - to taste
Step by step recipe:
To make a delicious meat gravy for rice and other garnishes at home, try one of the foods listed. Defrost pork beforehand if necessary. Also, the recipe is suitable for beef, lamb, poultry. Boil white rice in salted boiling water.
At the same time, cut the clean pork pulp into bars of approximately the same size. Not too thin, so that the pieces of meat are clearly felt in the gravy. Sprinkle with wheat flour.
Thoroughly mix the meat with flour, bread each piece from all sides. During the initial frying, the flour layer will cover the pork with a shell, preserve the juiciness and tenderness of the fibers, and in the future will become a thickener of the liquid (gravy).
Load pieces of pork into a frying pan with hot lean refined oil. Fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes, stir, let the meat brown a little.
Then add vegetables. This recipe contains carrots and onions. Shred in a way convenient for you. You can grind or throw a fairly large cut. Stir again and saturate with oil for the next 2-3 minutes. Feel free to expand the vegetable set if you wish, introduce frozen blanks.
After preliminary frying, pour the meat with vegetables with soy sauce and drinking water. Bring to a boil, reduce the temperature and simmer for about half an hour. Sometimes we stir with a spatula, we do not allow it to burn. Season additionally with salt, spices, if necessary. Try it.
Remove the deliciously smelling meat gravy from the stove, add finely chopped dill or other herbs. Pepper, mix.
Pour some meat gravy boiled riceor other garnish at your discretion. We serve the dish hot and without delay.
