Today I want to invite you to cook a delicious homemade cottage cheese pie - it's kind of like a big "lazy" cheesecake. Unlike classic cheesecakes, this cake is made from yeast-free sour cream dough.
And besides, you don't need to form buns here - just pour the dough into a baking dish and put the curd filling in the center. In general, such a yummy is being prepared for one or two, but everyone will like it!
Although this recipe is not new, but perhaps someone has already forgotten it - and I'll try to remind you!
Cooking ingredients:
For the test:
Sour cream - 200 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 100 g
Wheat flour - 200 g
Salt - 1/4 tsp l.
Vanillin - a pinch
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
For filling:
Cottage cheese - 500 g
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 100 g
Vanillin - a pinch
Semolina - 2 tbsp. l.

This pie is prepared very quickly - in Russian, just a mixer. We take any suitable beating bowl that is convenient for you (it can be a stationary mixer with a bowl), break chicken eggs into it, add sugar, salt, a little vanillin. And beat everything with a mixer for several minutes until the mass in volume doubles.
Now add sour cream here and pour in vegetable oil, mix a little again.
Then we sift the flour together with the baking powder, and again we work the mixer a little !!!
The finished dough should be homogeneous, and in consistency it will resemble pancake dough.
Now let's move on to preparing the filling. Put cottage cheese in another bowl, break the eggs, add sugar, a little vanillin to taste, and again beat with the same mixer until a homogeneous creamy mass is obtained. Time will take just two minutes.
At the very end, add semolina to the curd mass and mix.
You can take absolutely any form for baking, grease it with oil or spread it with parchment paper. Pour all the dough into this mold and distribute it evenly.
And then, in the very center, carefully lay out all the curd filling, do not scatter it in all directions, but put it in the center.

A such a cheesecake is baked in the oven about 40 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees.
The finished pie must be cooled a little right in the form, and only then removed from it - you need to let the curd filling stabilize and thicken. Delicate, aromatic filling and dough melting in your mouth. Cook, taste, enjoy your tea!
