The finished dish will turn out to be very tasty, the most important thing is to choose high-quality sausages. The best option is for children of the highest grade. Among other things, I suggest adding some carrots and onions here. But let's leave bright and too fragrant spices aside, here they will be inappropriate.

Ingredients:

White cabbage - 200 g

Carrots - 1 pc.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Sausages for children - 2 pcs.

Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare all products in advance. Choose fresh vegetables, outwardly beautiful, without damage. Clean and wash them.

Cut the cabbage forks, the top leaves can be removed. Chop into strips, you can use a special grater or combine.

Chop the onion into small cubes. If you don't like onions, you can do without them.

Chop the carrots with a grater or combine - make medium-sized shavings.

Warm up the frying pan well, pour in a few tablespoons of vegetable oil. Then reduce the fire on the stove, immediately transfer the cabbage and vegetables to the container. Fry all ingredients for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Make sure that nothing is burnt.

In the meantime, free the sausages from the film, cut into circles. Then add them to the pan. Use the salt and pepper in the recipe to your liking. Stir the ingredients and cook on the hotplate with moderate heat for another 10 minutes. After the time has elapsed, remove the sample.

You can serve cabbage with sausages to the table simply with a slice of loaf, or in a duet with any garnishwhich you love. The easiest option is to get by with the addition of fresh herbs and vegetables.
