Mushroom cutlets have many recipes. They can be prepared from different types of mushrooms, supplemented with different vegetables, spices, herbs and so on. Mushrooms for minced meat can be boiled or fried, cut into pieces or mashed.

Today we are preparing mushroom mushroom cutlets. They do not require long preparation, they are easy and simple to create, they turn out to be very juicy and soft, as well as low in calories.

Ingredients:

  • Champignons - 500 gr.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Flour - 50 gr.
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 1 pc.
  • A mixture of herbs - 1 tsp
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel the onion head, cut into cubes. Put a frying pan on the stove, pour in oil, heat it up. Throw in the onion slices.

Cook for a few minutes. Next, send finely chopped garlic and a mixture of herbs to the pan. Stir, fry over medium heat for no more than a minute.

Wash the champignons thoroughly in cold water, then chop them as small as possible, put them in a pan with the onions. First, evaporate all the juice, then pour in a little more oil. Fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove excess oil from fried mushrooms with onions. Cool and transfer to a deep plate. Add flour, beat in an egg. Mix the ingredients thoroughly, season with salt and pepper.

The mass should not be very thick. It will need to be picked up with a spoon, and not formed blanks for cutlets with your hands.

Put a frying pan on the fire, heat a sufficient amount of oil. Spoon the small portions of the mushroom mixture into a round shape.

Make the fire medium, cover the pan with a lid. Fry the mushroom patties for about 5 minutes, then turn them over and repeat the process.

Next, fry the next batch of cutlets, adding vegetable oil. You do not need to fry too much.

Put the mushroom cutlets on a napkin, after 5 minutes transfer them to the main serving plate. Add sour cream or other tasty sauce.
