Serbian zucchini. Why "Serbian" I do not know, but I know for sure, it turns out super tasty. Now the season of zucchini is in full swing - I advise you to cook. Moreover, the preparation takes a minimum of time.

Recipe:
zucchini -1 kg
salt -1 / 2 tsp.
vegetable oil -3 tbsp
dried parsley -1 tsp
dried basil -1 / 2 tsp.
ground black pepper - to taste
sweet paprika -1 / 2 tsp
To fill:
sour cream -200g
water -100ml
egg -1pc
flour -1 tbsp.
garlic -2tooth.
dill - to taste
salt -1 / 3 tsp.
black pepper - to taste
COOKING METHOD
We take zucchini, today I have zucchini varieties, weighing 1 kg if the zucchini are no longer young, you need to peel the skin and remove the seeds.
Cut into pieces, about 5 mm thick.
Pour 3 tablespoons into a bowl. vegetable oil, add salt half a teaspoon, dried parsley, ground black pepper, sweet red pepper, dried basil, mix.
Pour into zucchini and mix. We take a baking sheet and grease my baking sheet with a size of 40 cm by 28 cm from the company taller. Put the zucchini and distribute in one layer.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes, I turn on the grill mode, if such there is no mode, just turn on the heating top and bottom, only then in time you will need as much as possible minutes 5. Be guided by your oven.
So we bake all the zucchini, if desired, you can fry in a pan.
Put 200 grams of sour cream in a bowl, break 1 egg, add 1 tbsp. flour, 2 cloves of garlic, rub on a fine grater and add to sour cream. Finely chop the dill greens, add to sour cream, add a little salt, black pepper and mix everything again, add another 100 ml of water.

We put the zucchini, fill it with the prepared filling and bring to a boil over medium heat, as the mass thickens ready. Can be removed from heat and served.
You can serve it as an independent dish, as a side dish, or vice versa as an addition to a side dish such as mashed potatoes.
