Many a favorite pie from the available products is charlotte. Prepare with anything: berries, fruits, nuts, all kinds of assorted assortments. Fresh, frozen, dried, canned fruits are used, which are sometimes mixed with dough, sometimes poured over it or left at the bottom, under the dough (as here): according to the principle flip cake.

Ingredients:

Flour - 180 g

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Sugar - 100 g

Sour cream - 20 g

Butter - 40 g

Baking powder - 5 g

Berries (frozen assorted) - 250 g

Salt - 2 g

Step 1 of 6

To bake charlotte berry at home, take the foods listed. The shape can be of any configuration, in my recipe it is a square with a side of 20 cm.

In season, choose berries from a new harvest, and in winter, cook from frozen or canned supplies. The easiest way is to use dried fruits, dried berries. They do not provide moisture and the crumb dries evenly and grows. If you, like me, have a frozen mixture, do not thaw, use the frozen one - just sprinkle it with flour thickly before shaping the cake.

If the next tea party is planned, a children's party or family gatherings, the recipe for charlotte with berries or fruits is always relevant.

Beat the granulated sugar and eggs first. It is better to run the mixer at maximum speed and in a couple of minutes bring the composition to a lush, airy foam.

At the same time, in the microwave or over an overhead fire, heat a portion of butter, cool for a few minutes and, together with sour cream and a small pinch of salt, add it to the sweet egg mixture. We continue beating for another minute.

Add wheat flour (1 tbsp. l. leave for breading berries) with a baking powder, mix in a circle until smooth.

Separate the berries, without defrosting, sprinkle with a spoonful of flour. Shake, cover each berry.

At the bottom of the container with oiled parchment, throw the powdered berry platter, fill the entire space evenly. Then pour in the dough and also stretch it around the perimeter with a spatula.

We bake charlotte with frozen berries in an oven (pre-heated) for about half an hour at a temperature of 190 degrees. Until the "dry match".

After cooling, turn the cake with the berries upwards, sprinkle with sifted icing sugar if desired. In small portions, serve the charlotte with a bite of teaor other loved ones drinks.
