We get more energy from food than the body needs and do not waste it, do not expend it.
What are the reasons for overeating? It is clear that everyone has their own reason and often we do not even notice and do not understand that we are overeating.
After all, how many people say that they eat little, but get better. And after all, these people piously believe that they eat little. There was a time when I also thought that I didnβt eat much, but for some reason I was getting better and wrote off all the well-known excuses: the bone is wide, the hormones are naughty, heredity is like that.
But as soon as I started counting calories, I immediately understood where the excess weight came from.
What are the most common causes of overeating?
- A common cause of overeating is stress, which many people eat.
- indiscriminateness in food, when we often do not understand that a small piece carries a calorie bomb.
- fast food intake - I quickly ate food, filled my stomach, but did not get pleasure from eating and you start pulling sweets into your mouth.
- Oddly enough, thirst is often the reason for overeating - the body asks for water, and we perceive this request as hunger.
- uncontrolled snacks - for the company, out of boredom, "for a movie": all this food goes to the reserve, as well as drinks that we do not take for food, but which carry a lot of extra calories.

My husband (who doesn't really like fish) asked me yesterday if I was tired of fish. I even thought about it for a while, but confidently said - no! I will exchange any tasty treat for a fish and I can eat it every day - if only there was an opportunity.
My snack is a salad of Chinese cabbage (100 g), radish (25 g), red onion (25 g), baked chicken breast (70 g), seasoned with 50 g sour cream.
It turned out to be a snack for 200 kcal.
For lunch, I had prepared pea porridge with onions, carrots and chicken breast.
My portion of porridge in 310 g came out on 380 kcal.
It turned out to be a very satisfying lunch.
After lunch I drank tea with 20 g of chocolate - 110 kcal. Thanks to a small amount of chocolate, my head started to work more actively and the work went more fun.
For the evening I planned a salad of cherry tomatoes with red onions, seasoned with fragrant sunflower oil and 150 g of baked chicken breast.
Happened 260 kcal.
And 3 hours before bedtime, I tried the lazy cabbage pie that I cooked in the evening. There was Chinese cabbage in the refrigerator, which was time to use, there is always lavash, and there are also eggs with milk. You don't even need to think, the recipe suggests itself.
150 g green tea pie - 190 kcal.
My day turned out to be 1560 kcal. Today, the calorie content of the diet has become even closer to normal. I am slowly approaching my 1,700 calories! B - 130, F - 58, U - 117.
I drink some water - my norm is about 2 liters of pure water, excluding tea and other drinks.
